The thing that rubbed me the worst about Carlos was years later when he signed with the Yankees. The first thing he did was say the Mets mistreated him. I did kind of hear his last year he started assuming more of a leadership role but it was short lived. Ugh, the Yankees won last night. I mean besides obviously not being a fan I woke up worrying about the Mets and BVW. I like where the OP was coming from but Josh Allen was only alive for one of those games. The Music City Miracle he was still in diapers. Point being those games are ancient history to the players. Pretty sure they are not thinking about them.

The local bakery I go to has a tip jar. In some places I can see why, if somebody buys like $75 worth of goods such as cakes, breads, other pastries, etc... and makes the lives difficult of the person working behind the counter with their demands. Ironically though those people don't tip but the customers who purchase just a loaf of bread all ready cut do.

Beltran has always had a vacant personality/ someone with thin skin. If he had trouble with the spotlight as a player I have no idea why we should expect anything different as manager. No wonder the front office loves this guy then.... Someone they can just push around. And we thought Mickey didn't have much of a voice. I was technically laid off from one job as management didn’t actually have anything on me in terms of write ups. I got told one day we can’t afford to keep you here any longer. Still I think they dismissed me because I wasn’t of the powers that be ilk and didn’t get along the best with them. Some of that was my fault. In the long run the whole experience was positive though. Though to this day at work I’m always afraid it might be my last

I’ve been trained at work for the proper protocol for using them, the PASS method. Never took one out to practice though. I guess rather fortunately though I’ve never needed to use one in real life for an emergency. Sure there’s stories here

Yep Eagles 11-0 all time vs the Jets. I mean they only play each other every 4 years but still.... Perhaps in 2023 the Jets will have something resembling a team for revenge lol
