Yeah not done on this year but agree with you. Look at the Phillies now, for years they still kept the core of the 08' championship team. Then recently they finally blew it up. They were last place for a while but are set up nicely for the future

Celtics are playing Game 7 against the Cavs tomorrow night. I'm partial to the Cavs but I can't really imagine rooting for the Celtics under any circumstance. I wasn't always like that as I think I even had a Celtics shirt as a kid because I was partial to Larry. The Patriots this century kinda made me lump all Boston's teams together. You know most likely Patriots fans root for the Celtics, Red Sox, Bruins as well

If anyone's curious what Endy Chavez is up to these days, he's playing with the Somerset Patriots. An independent league where the skill level is on par with Double-A teams. Was at a game the other night and it was a pleasant surprise to see him pop up. That was still one of the best catches I ever saw. Onto the present, last night's win was sweet. Around Memorial Day is when you have in my opinion your first idea of how good/bad teams are. I think most of us would have thought before opening day our record would be what it is right now . It's just these last few weeks have been rough. I saw after the 8th inning homer last night guys looking excited, hopefully the momentum will carry

Andy Provin just posted. The first one against the Colts still made me excited re-watching. Some of the Tyrod/Sammy connections were good to see again as well. Have no problem moving on from him but it's unfair to say he never provided some sweet moments at times

One can't help think in general if we had more Johnny Lawrence's in our school system we'd have less incidents like yesterday. I mean the running over broken glass and getting teeth knocked out may be a little extreme but you get what I'm saying
