Nice win and great Double Play in the 8th. Until though the team can show it can go on a solid winning streak not gonna look too much into it

For example now I'm thinking the team overachieved a little last year. In my opinion the schedules a little harder this year. 8 wins wouldn't be bad if Allen gets some starts under his belt and is set for next year. In reality when the season starts I know I won't have this mind set. Bad losses like last year to the Chargers and Saints will be painful. Guaranteed "the process" won't be on my mind then.

I get the annoying ones as well that goof on me for being a Bills fan from NJ. Interestingly enough Jets/Giants family members didn't say anything to me last year

Oh yeah know that type. I just don't say much to avoid being lectured

I defintely have relatives I prefer not to associate with. At the same time I don't wish them bad will or totally cut them out.

Cavs win! At least though Celtics fans seemed classy, were still cheering on the team at the end. Can't say the same for a certain other team

Yeah not done on this year but agree with you. Look at the Phillies now, for years they still kept the core of the 08' championship team. Then recently they finally blew it up. They were last place for a while but are set up nicely for the future

This is one ugly game

Celtics are playing Game 7 against the Cavs tomorrow night. I'm partial to the Cavs but I can't really imagine rooting for the Celtics under any circumstance. I wasn't always like that as I think I even had a Celtics shirt as a kid because I was partial to Larry. The Patriots this century kinda made me lump all Boston's teams together. You know most likely Patriots fans root for the Celtics, Red Sox, Bruins as well

Were a solid 9-7 middle of the road team. Law of averages- I mean losing to Pittsburgh's backups in 2004 and the end zone fumble in the Chiefs game in 14'. Were bound and deserved to catch a break one of these years.

All I have to say is thankfully we're not in a drought anymore. I used to watch replays of that game cutting out the last 22 seconds. During the pits of the drought that game reminded me of the last relevant team

If anyone's curious what Endy Chavez is up to these days, he's playing with the Somerset Patriots. An independent league where the skill level is on par with Double-A teams. Was at a game the other night and it was a pleasant surprise to see him pop up. That was still one of the best catches I ever saw. Onto the present, last night's win was sweet. Around Memorial Day is when you have in my opinion your first idea of how good/bad teams are. I think most of us would have thought before opening day our record would be what it is right now . It's just these last few weeks have been rough. I saw after the 8th inning homer last night guys looking excited, hopefully the momentum will carry
