  1. Addison will be the “starter” at DE opposite Hughes in 20/21. Epenesa will be looking to replace the least effective of those two in 21/22. Murphy will be rotational depth this season.
  2. Monday Nighter December in Santa Clara. I love San Fran, have a free place to stay and flights are historically well-priced.
  3. Yuck. That’s too early. I’m not booking tickets to Miami in the heart of hurricane season. I would’ve loved that to have been a November or early December game down there and for them to play at OP in September or October
  4. It looks like they have both a Duck on the team and a member of the duck dynasty crew on the team as well. Perfect time for our defense to get hunting.
  5. San Fran is the game that I have targeted as my away game this year. Not sure I’ll be able to get into the country by that point, but I can only hope. I’ve been to a few Monday night games over the years, but never the Sunday night game.
  6. Alienate a fan base to make a full-time retreat to London much easier?
  7. Could be a negotiation tactic. “ We don’t need you, but we’d love to have you if you come to your senses”. DE. Murphy cut. Addison, Hughes, Epenesa, Jefferson, Clowney and maybe Johnson (youth on his side plus ST play) at DE would be more than nice.
  8. Love is not making this roster regardless. I don’t see any chance that he shows up and beats out the incumbent starters or the new guys. Addison, Epenesa, Hughes, Murphy and hybrid DE/DT Jefferson are the DE’s That will be there on opening day. Murphy could go, but I think he bought himself at least a training camp out of his performance over the final four games of last season.
  9. You’re not wrong, but whose spot do you give up and replace with Taco? Murphy would be the most possible candidate, but he is a veteran with experience in this system in an off-season where that is a hot commodity.
  10. Thank you. Ryan Dunleavy at NY Post has become PE #1 and deserves much ridicule.
  11. He saying all the right things about his back and knee in that interview, but that didn’t show up during the combine and it definitely sounded like he was not fully recovered
  12. That was hilariously bad. But hilarious first. Wanted a larger member
  13. Sounds like his back is a mess, but the skills, size and aggression are all so appealing that he is well, well worth a flyer at this point. If that strength and wellness team can build him up, he is THE UDFA steal no question.
  14. The guy is pure character. Lots of heart and leadership. I would have liked a more similar QB to Josh as a back-up. Fromm has no arm and would be better suited in a dink and dunk O. Like the person, but not hot on the player.
  15. I’m 100% certain that a TBD zoom would be filled with better analysts than the schmucks they put up on the TV.
  16. It should tell you that their options at back up quarterback currently are very very limited. I am 100% sure that googly eyes is very sold on Sam Darnold.
  17. And they have had luck bringing in UDFA cornerbacks in the past. Levi is/was a multi-game starter, and having 4 picks left doesn’t discount that the possibility still remains they draft one today.
  18. I will echo @GunnerBill as he knows more than me. Smart stance by myself
  19. One does rarely self-hyphenate, One always pops ones own collar. Hyphenators before collar poppers every time.
  20. Based on our insistence on mentioning Diggs as a first round pick, shouldn’t we also mention Houston getting Laremy Tunsil this year? I get it, but I think we should just talk about drafted players when grading a draft. Not trying to single you out @billsfan1959 as it does seem to be the prevailing sentiment here.
  21. I was going to mention the Raiders. I mean, who can argue against 3 WRs in 4 rounds? Mayock addressed a need...then couldn’t stop addressing it.
  22. You would hope for a more vocal coach than Silent Bob.
  23. McBeane is far from infallible, but I trust them to select defensive talent. AJ is a late second round pick with early second round grades and skills. He will be a rotational DE and provides youth and power at a position of need. I can’t find fault in this pick
