This route by brown looks pretty bad. Is that how dabs drew it up? I feel like his vertical route should be more straight and his cut to the middle more sharp. Hell id have been happy for him cuting to the middle hard at any point but instead its just like a lazy looking route to me *shrug* hindsight is 20/20 but I feel like we need more WR help. If allen had waited another 0.5 sec he might have saw beasely coming open... of course same fans expecting that are the guys that say "he held onto football too long all day" so you cant win either way. If he holds it there and takes a sack everybody would be crying even harder.

Agreed no need to keep him he hasnt lived up to the hype. I could do without McKenzie too personally

Disappointing to see Josh continually over theow those open shots... Ugh but our O just isnt a complete unit right now. Our D is, though.

What nickname do you like best for Josh Allen?
BillsFan692 replied to SuperBowlOrBust's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm fine with calling him Josh or Josh Allen -- but this was discussed in bills mafia on facebook and "Air Allen" seemed like a lot of people like that one. I still like the wordplay with Firebaugh though, like "The Firebaugh Fireball" Why don't we just call him "The Touchdown Kid"? lol And apparently, he's nickname is already "Hollywood". http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-videos/0ap3000000910447/Josh-Allen-explains-his-Hollywood-nickname-and-why-he-doesn-t-like-it -

David Carr: Four Offenses I Don't Trust (Bills one of them)

Wait, are we the third best passing offense in the NFL??? -
I always thought Watkins was super-talented, that 1000 yard year he had with Tyrod wasn't too shabby. That said, I think he's just a lazy guy who doesn't put the work in like you need to for true greatness. I'd say with all his injuries and the lack of production in one of the best offenses in the league it's a hard pass!! I am still crying and ashamed that we gave up 2 first round picks for him... Honestly that sort of sealed whaley and co's fate if you ask me.

Roll call for officiating conspiracy believers

Refs help patriots all the time I don't care what anyone says you can see that ***** in almost every game they play. NFL makes billions, most explosive growth especially in the past 2 decades during the patriots dynasty. The team everyone LOVES to hate. The team they can't stop watching. The Kind of wild to actually consider they would leave it to chance. That team is too important to them. Also, what seems more likely, the patriots are a statistical anomaly that defies all the odds in a league that is supposed to boast parity, or that they have been silently getting some nudge nudge help help love love along the way? -
McDermott's in game adjustments...

I mean not really, it's smart to play prevent D when you are up 2+ scores halfway through the 4th. I know sometimes it gets scary, and even there are times when it could blow up in your face -- but overall he is playing the odds by going prevent with the lead in the 4th. To say that is wrong I can't agree with. I don't like it as a fan because I don't like seeing Allen get shut down with 8+ minutes left on the clock (run run run + prevent D), but I understand it. It's smart. -
I was not even 10 years old when the bills were going to the superbowl, but it's worth referencing one of the best coaches buffalo ever had, quoted by one of the best players we ever had when he was inducted into the Hall of Fame: "But for real, Marv, you are my inspiration. I wanted to play my best because I never wanted to disappoint you. You made me feel like every extra effort I made for the Bills was appreciated. Marv, I remember my first game against the Houston Oilers, against the Minnesota Vikings, I spiked the ball. When I came over to the sideline, you had this look in your eye like you were very upset at me. You grabbed me by my jersey and said, Why did you spike the ball? I said, Coach, every little kid that ever watches football at least wants to do that at least one time in his career. He said, Well, that's great, don't ever do it again. Act like you've been there before." I think Marv was being a little hard on the rook, spiking a ball I mean come on -- but the quote stuck with him and "it mattered". At least, to Thurman it did. And he never spiked the ball again. I have no doubt McD will get these boys reigned if it's necessary. McD is a lot sterner than Marv ever was.

I think what the poster is saying is that you TELL PEOPLE THEY SUCK by kicking their butt on the football field and leaving no doubt. Not talking personal smack about the individual players after the game is over and won. Being humble in victory is a sign of dominance and of true strength. It is not a sign of weakness as some other posters have suggested. Just like how the patriots are always praising their opponents both before and after the game. But our boys need to learn how to win, just like everything else. They are not used to it, there will be growing pains. I have no doubt if it gets out of hand McD will reign it in.

Fans can do as they please, they can't be controlled, so to argue about what fans do would really be stupid. Almost as stupid as comparing the actions of fans to the actions of players -- almost, but not quite. A different era? Professionalism and class have nothing to do with the year you were born LOL. I am 34 years old, what are you trying to say that wanting the players to win with class and behave with professionalism is a boomer mentality? FFS your argument is going from dumb to dumber.

Bills' player: "I see why you don't pay Dak"
BillsFan692 replied to class_of_2012's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
To be fair, nobody could really hear it... not even sure where that audio came from. Do they act trashy though? I dunno about that. All I ever see the patriots doing is praising their opponents leading up to the game, and then afterwords in the post game as well... Don't really think I ever saw a patriots player shouting at our fans "That's why ya'll SUCK, Cause you got TUH-ROD!" -

Exactly... that's just taking it too far. Celebrating and having fun especially in a victory is of course to be expected. Trashing the other players like that calling them out by name is just really uncalled for. You can celebrate without that.
