  1. Benford is our best CB by a long shot. If we can get one of him out of all our picks in the 6th I would rather keep the picks. Add Shakir in the 5th, Alex Austin in the 7th was a good one that we let go, Dane Jackson, Damar Hamlin, Wyatt Teller and Taron in the 4th. In anything trade back and add more players.
  2. I would take Farley, probably draft someone early too
  3. Why do we think the offense is the issue. WR usage is by design. Balanced attack with running the ball is the idea
  4. At 12.6 million it is a great deal. Bosa is basically signed on a prove it deal. Even if he doesn't have much in the tank it's a great deal. Imagine if he produces half as much as Garrett this year, Garrett is getting 40 million a year. The biggest downside is he would be wasting a roster spot if he is a total flop.
  5. Except he was released... He doesn't follow the other FAs where their terms expire.
  6. You make yourself indispensable. Make it so the team hurts when you hurt. When he went down, it wasn't a big deal. How is McConkey not on this list?
  7. Realistically, #2 happens they have 2 championship rings. The roster has been really good and worse rosters have won before. I think the difference is really winning on the defensive line. Find a way to win one-on-one battles in big games, and that is the solution. They need an Aaron Kromer of the defensive line.
  8. He was really good this year but 15 million after one really good year does not get you Derrick Henry or Johnathan Taylor money
  9. Let's face it the Bills don't have much money to spend anyways and they need at least one safety, an edge and probably a CB or two. Some of that needs to come in the draft realistically
  10. Guy sounds a little like Lorenzo Alexander as far as player. DT transition to LB, wonder if he fits the same role.
  11. It would have been interesting to see what the Bills could do against the Eagles. I personally think they would have been better than the Chiefs. Honestly I think some of the Chiefs issues the Bills have are mental. I think if they can figure out the defense the offseason especially on the d line they will be pulling down the Lombardi next year
  12. Or personnel or coaching players....
  13. Brees and Brady. Peyton Manning, Big Ben and Rivers all were 38
  14. Top end QBs last till at least 40. Qbs that tend to rely on running only are early to mid 30s
  15. I personally would much rather ride with Ray Davis and resign Ty. This power play is really annoying. There are only about three RBs in the league worth this drama. I'm not sure the data supports that age. Maybe 28-30 but not 26
  16. If we are talking about these two, Cook is done here in my opinion. The second you go public with contract demands and take it out of house that fast after one decent not spectacular year, you have made yourself bigger than the team. However if he lead us to a super bowl win it might be different. We don't need him here and now he has made himself a distraction. Milano has been an all-pro and has not said anything (granted he is always injured).
  17. I'd take Beane's draft over Monos anyday. Allen>Manuel
  18. If he changes his name to Derrick Henry I would pay him that much. Time to step up Davis and Ty
  19. With the DB coach hire, Ryan Nielsen and Rebrovich it looks like McDermott is bringing in reinforcements. I find it interesting that absolutely no one has been fired on the defensive side. Let's see if Pellegrino can help him
  20. This is a very interesting take. Is it the drafting of talent or the coaching? There is some talent there but doesn't seem to have consistency. Rousseau, Epenesa and Oliver show flashes of dominance but they don't show up every week. They have only one coach on the line and he doesn't have a lot of experience on the pro level. I think a Kromer-type hire who knows how to sculpt the offensive line and knows what player he is looking for will help a lot. I think he is integral in Torrence being a beast and the maturation of Spencer Brown. Maybe this is what this Ryan Nielsen hire is about because he has a lot of experience on the line. Reading some about Nielsen is very interesting and might be a highly underrated hire and not to change philosophy as it is his ability to coach a dline https://www.jaguars.com/news/six-things-jaguars-fans-should-know-about-their-defensive-coordinator-ryan-nielsen
  21. I think if that's the issue it was only magnified by the lack of Elam living up to his first-round status.
  22. He has been mocked mid-first round to high second round
  23. Malaki Starks
