Mitch spends 1 year under Dabol and follows him to one of those teams when he gets the HC job. Or he takes an offer from one of the others. He will be in high demand. I am not so sure it the Bears destroying Fields. Looks like the perfect storm here of a horrible coaching staff and horrible QB (fields) make for a 1 yard net passing performance. That game against the Browns yesterday was absolutely horrific. The Bears need a new coaching staff and new QB IMHO.
