Mitch Morse Re-Works Contract per Ian Rapoport
Doc Brown replied to Dont Stop Billeiving's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Golladay will pry get between 17 and 20 million per season being the top WR free agent on the market with Robinson and Godwin being tagged. Robert Woods signed a contract that pays him 16.25 million dollar per season last September and I expect Golladay to make a little more than that. -
Maybe I misread his post but I interpreted it as the Skins dumped Cousins because they didn't want to have his salary and start a rebuild. That's just not true given the money they spent on Alex Smith that same off-season who wasn't that far off from Cousins as far as average annual salary goes.
-
The same year the Skins released Cousins they signed Alex Smith to a 4 year 94 million dollar deal (71 million guaranteed) and his cap hit went up each season he was there. They also gave up a 3rd round pick for him. They weren't in rebuild mode at the time.

The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19

Just block these people out. It's a fruitless battle. The election was stolen from Trump and nothing you say will convince them otherwise. -
Zach Ertz about to be traded? [Edit: or Not]
Doc Brown replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My guess is they'll get a 5th round pick for him. I doubt the Bills do it given their salary cap situation. The only reason I think it's a small possibility is Beane's end of the year press conference comment about needing to get better at the position. He could definitely be a 3rd and short/medium chain mover if the other team puts a good coverage corner on Beasley. -

Something like that. I just don't think a Jeb/Rubio/Cruz presidency would've had the same effect. LOL. -

Petty family drama that never reared its ugly head until Trump came into the political world. Weddings, parties, etc... became more stressful on us. Let's just say it would be easier if I had two sons. -

I'd rather have the latter because there's less drama around me in my everyday life but you think we could do better as a country. -
The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19

Me too. My wife just got the J&J vaccine. No issues so far. Projections for vaccine ability for everyone just got pushed up to mid May. Was previous late May. August before that. -

From Trump to Biden.....sigh.... Drinking bleach may be an option. -
She's not evil but she's a liar. Also, given an estimated 27 million Americans wages would go up if they went up to $15 an hour her dramatic "thumbs down" was incredibly tone deaf.

The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
Doc Brown replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
They pry help with more common conditions more than the spread of Covid. FTR, I'm not advocating mask wearing every winter. I'm hopeful some longer lasting cleaner personal hygiene habits will be the new norm if there's something positive to come out of this nightmare. -
Look. "I get it." Tasker got hit in the head a lot. What's Brown's excuse.

The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
Doc Brown replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Yeah. I figure by the end of this summer most restrictions will be lifted. Cases should be way down and the majority of people should be vaccinated by then. Fauci gives the most conservative estimates in order to "beat" expectations. I will say that this is the best I've felt since during a winter maybe ever. I can't even remember the last time I had a runny nose. I usually will run a cold that lasts a couple weeks. Nothing this year. I haven't even taken a swig of Nyquil which is criminal. A silver lining of masks/social distancing/being more cognizant of keeping hands clean, etc... In fact, @Big Blitz, maybe the government should make mask mandates mandatory during the winter months from now on. -
America is doomed.

Marc Sessler "one fit for each afc team"
Doc Brown replied to the_D's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You fit in fine. He’s a great guard but his contract will reset the market making it more unlikely we can keep the nucleus of this team together long term. I’d rather spend the money on re-signing Williams and/or Feliciano. Keep drafting and developing. -
I love my 91 to 84 games. Way too gimmicky.

I worry about Star retiring. He’s obviously concerned about his long term health opting out this year. Pretty sure we’d take that additional cap hit if he did.

Chris Simms Has Zach Wilson Ahead Of Trevor Lawrence?
Doc Brown replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Looked up his pre draft rankings from 2018 on. Not too shabby so far. He went along with the consensus number one in 2019 and 2020 so I can't say he's putting Wilson in front of Lawrence just for attention. Still continuing hope that the Jets will screw the pooch and keep Darnold. 2018 Lamar Jackson Josh Allen Baker Mayfield Sam Darnold Josh Rosen 2019 Kyler Murray Drew Lock Dwayne Haskins Ryan Finley Jarrett Stidham Daniel Jones Clayton Thorson Will Grier 2020 Joe Burrow Justin Herbert Jordan Love Tua Tagovailoa
