426-485-8. Definitely an important player as we're slightly below average without him.

It’s pretty odd so that's all that I could think of right away. I guess you could say McBeane want their practice squad players to “earn” that designation. I guess it’s also possible McBeane are being nice guys and allowing the remaining ps players to have the opportunity to be signed to another 53 man roster as being protected is punitive in some regard. It's little things like that that builds trust throughout the organization as a whole. Maybe I'm reaching.

No. I’m already looking at the long term weather forecast and watching Mills’s college highlights on YouTube. Dude has an arm on him. Ralph is cheap.

Their base home and away jerseys are the best in their history.

There was another throw of about 60 yards against the Chiefs in the regular season game last year to Diggs that went threw his hands in the back of the endzone. It would've been a tough catch but the ball placement was perfect with the right arc. There's been a lot of throws over the last few years where a WR gets a little separation 25 to 40 yards down the field with no safety help and Josh doesn't put enough air under it to let the WR make a play on the ball. The most glaring example I can remember is against the Ravens in 2019 in the 1st quarter where John Brown had a couple of steps about 30 yards down the field and Josh threw the ball too much on a rope and overthrew him. Just throw the ball a little farther with some arc and Brown easily has a touchdown. You saw the same thing to Sanders against Pittsburgh. It's a difficult problem to fix but I think if there's any QB who could fix it. It's Allen.

Allen was missing open throws he usually makes in that Miami game. The wheel route to Singletary. The interception to Diggs on the slant route. Under throwing Sanders in the end zone. All were do to poor mechanics. Chalking it up to a different game plan than usual shouldn’t let him off the hook. Allen knows that and self corrected this week. -

I agree. Just answering the question. People think he can grow into a solid number 2 though. He still can but Sanders is the better option at this point. -

No. That was totally worth it and funny. Loved it after TO and Johnson's referring to themselves as Batman and Robin. As for the Wallace play, that was textbook taunting and the NFL is making it clear you will be flagged so player's must adjust (whether you agree with the rule or not).

If you mean he's going to have to have the biggest impact for WFT to win.... I agree. Dawkins and Williams have their work cut out for them and I would expect some help from our TE's and RB's with Sweat and Young. Hopefully Daboll learned his lesson from Pittsburgh and doesn't go spread them out 10 personnel.

He's been marginally better on the road over his career (85.8 passer rating at home and 93.1 on the road). Not really enough to conclude that he's a better road quarterback though. The team under Allen is better at home (15-8 vs. 14-9). Some of our biggest regular season wins came on the road though so that may skew our thinking.

Seems like a lot of effort when you can just throw a roof over it but it's better than nothing. I went to the game in Minnesota's new stadium the first year it opened and was awed at the design. It felt like an outdoor game even though it was inside. You could pry build a similar type stadium for around the same price.

On the bright side if they do have entrance problems, Josh may actually play well at least at the beginning of the game.

ISO: Suggestions for moderators at PPP
Doc Brown replied to SDS's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I'd be more interested in something like this. Separate it into two forums. The one we have now where it's basically people just posting confirmation bias links, memes, tweets, etc... Then have a subforum where only discussion is allowed. Links to anything would be disabled. No need for a moderator. You may actually get more people to step outside their comfort zone of talking only football.
