I'm not saying you're wrong but Will Levis being the betting favorite at #2 is crazy to me. I wouldn't even take him in the first round if I was looking for a quarterback. I still think CJ Stroud is the pick at #2 and there's a lot of behind the scenes agency shenanigans/misinformation out there right now.

Will the Bills make a draft selection in the first round?
Doc Brown replied to WickedGame's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'd say there's around an 80 to 90% chance we pick in the first round. Either a first round graded player by the Bills falls to them, they can't find a trade partner to move down into the second round with, they move up like they did last year for Elam who was their last first round grade, or they don't want to risk the highest guy on their board (with a 2nd round grade) not falling to them in the second round. There may be a qb needy team after Hooker to get ahead of the Saints at #29. That's pry where the Bills could find a trade down partner. Not likely but possible. -
My guess is if Reid doesn't call us we pick Lattimore at #10. Then we likely don't have the ammunition to trade up and get Allen. They won the trade but saying they won the trade by miles would've been true if we didn't get Allen the following year. Not to mention we hit on the 27th pick with T. White.

That was the best laid out argument about drafting a running back early that I've seen reading through that whole thread. It's so persuasive that I wouldn't want to take Robinson even if he fell to us at #27. I'm actively rooting for a team to draft Robinson and Gibbs before us so that prospects at positions that can significantly move the needle fall farther down the board to us at #27.

With the 61st selection, Da Bears select Derick Hall, DE, Auburn Da Bears need young pass rushers on the D-line after losing Khalil Mack and Robert Quinn over the last couple of seasons. Hall should be a great fit for Eberflus's 4-3 scheme as he has ideal length, power, and athleticism to get to the quarterback. If developed correctly he could be a steal this late in the 2nd round. The Eagles @Logicare on the clock.

Darn. I liked Forbes a little more than Ringo despite his anemic frame. I'm surprised either lasted this long Anyways..... With the 53rd selection, the Bears select Kaylee Ringo, CB, Georgia Bears take the best player on their board in Ringo who has excellent size, physicality, and speed. He should match up well with bigger WR’s and TE’s in man coverage. The Chargers @Yantha are on the clock.

Did I say otherwise although now I'm now starting to wonder. What ever happened to DCTom?
-
I said your comment was idiotic considering we never won the Super Bowl.
-
It was about your snarky post. Not you personally as you seem to have a good shell on your shoulder.
-
I just don’t even understand the comment? We got a decent kicker at a below market deal locked up.
-
I did. Your original statement is still idiotic and pointless.

How many any any position have helped the Bills win it all? Lol.

The Allen-Diggs Relationship in Decline?
Doc Brown replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall
Three painful playoff exits in a row where Diggs didn't have more than 77 yards is why the honeymoon period is over imo. I'm sure everything will be fine once he gets back into the building but if things go south again in the playoffs with Diggs being neutralized again. Watch out. -
We were definitely mentally tough but if we could barely get by the Lions, Fins, and Jets (before the Hamlin scare) we weren't beating the Bengals and Chiefs. If you can't see that I don't know what to tell you.
-
Squeaked by the Lions, Jets, and Fins. Trailing at halftime to the Bears. Took two kick returns to beat the Pats in the finale. Are only dominant win was at Pats over that stretch. I mean we barely squeaked by a third string qb at home during the WC game. We weren’t the dominant team we were the first half of the season. The two primary reasons being Miller’s ACL tear and Josh’s injured elbow. You can blame the Hamlin situation if you want but that seems like an easy scapegoat.
-
Not really. Miller’s injury derailed our season. Zero chance of stopping Bengals or Chiefs without him in playoffs.
-
If Josh doesn't fumble the snap or Lewis simply knocks it down on 4th and forever we would've beat the Vikings and have home field throughout even if we lost to the Bengals on MNF. Also, if this is a troll attempt it's pretty piss poor.

Florio raises an excellent question:
Doc Brown replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
If you look at it through the lens of Josh is giving a bit of a hometown discount so they can spend heavily on offense around him Florio can at least make a case. I believe he's making the assumption we should skimp out on defense to upgrade our offense. We've spent more draft capital on defense since he was drafted even if you take the Diggs trade into account. In free agency we've invested about the same at both sides of the ball. If you look at it through the lens that the Bills aren't doing everything they can to try to build a complete team that contends each year he couldn't be more wrong. -
TSW Mock Draft 2.0 Poll - Who should the Bills take at #27
Doc Brown replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Diggs draft wasn’t as contentious on here. -
TSW Mock Draft 2.0 Poll - Who should the Bills take at #27
Doc Brown replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
First time in like three years we’re actually happy about the Bills pick in our own mock draft. Lol. -
I think you're forgetting the Lions are required by the state of Michigan to draft a first round TE every five years or so (Pettigrew, Ebron, Hockenson).

Former Bill T.O. Runs 4.40 at 48 years old

Don't let Lamar see this or the Ravens will give him 15m guaranteed.
