Three games in 11 days to start the year is brutal if true. Especially starting out West.

If this guy's legit.....I guess he has been in the past.

You'll get it over the air locally if you live in the Buffalo area. Also, you can get a free trial of Amazon Prime I believe.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling meeting with the Bills (UPDATE: Signed)

Vertical threat nobody else brings. Do it. You want to keep those safeties back though even if he is a decoy of sorts. -
Who will be this year's Terrell Bernard??
Doc Brown replied to Special K's topic in The Stadium Wall
What? Rousseau has far more upside as a pass rusher and is already elite against the run.- 89 replies

Kaiir Elam. If you have the physical tools and the work ethic to be a top NFL corner it will eventually come together. He just turned 23 entering his third year so those writing his obituary here may be in for a bit of a surprise. I think either Douglas or Bernford will get injured at some point and Elam will play well enough to force this staff to keep him on the field.- 89 replies

Old habits die hard especially in high pressure situations. Brady deserves a lot of the blame for the play call imo.

2024 Buffalo Bills Roster - All 91 Spots filled
Doc Brown replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm willing to bet he's going to get better offers from other teams. -
Humble brag. Lol. They stopped giving the Wonderlic at the combine after 2021. I'm not sure if teams can give it to a prospect on a pre draft visit though.

You never know when Goodell wants to experiment with us again.

It was confirmed months ago the Bills aren't playing an International game if that's what you're referring too.

Beane didn't even flinch when KC took Worthy so I'm guessing he knew that's who they were picking and the Bills had no interest in him. Same goes with Carolina and Lagette although their affinity for him was the worst kept secret this draft cycle.

Always interesting to see the operation although they give you little in terms of internal discussions among major players (Beane, McD, Brady, Babbich, Kromer, etc.) about each draftee. One comment I did find interesting by Pegula was something along the lines is the draft is boring when you're really good every year. The leash for Beane and McDermott is long enough to where they at least will be here when the new stadium opens barring a total collapse the next two seasons.

Buffalo Bills Schedule Discussion / Prediction Thread

We got the most Prime Time games last year (seven including the flexed in Fins game) so they'll pry give us either four or five this year at the most. It would be six if we drafted a WR who could actually separate. Here's my prediction just on times. 1pm games - Titans (season opener), Jaguars, Cardinals, Patriots, @Colts, @Patriots, @Jets (last weekend). 4pm games - @Seahawks, @Cardinals 4:25pm games (national) - @Ravens, 49ers, Jets Prime Time - Chiefs, Fish, @Texans, @Lions XMas day - @Fish -
Win seven and one of them has to be without Andy Reid as his head coach.

I got through the first hour so and it was pretty good but I do think some things should be off limits even in a roast. The Aaron Hernandez jokes just went too far imo. You could tell Bledsoe was nervous but he got in some pretty good jabs. Good lord he looks old too. Jeff Ross's joke about his dog walking over Belichick's keyboard at pick 199 to accidentally send the Brady pick in was pry my favorite. I agree with the sentiment that Edelman pry is the most unlikable person up there.

Top 5 QB and Top 5 WR salary cannot coexist on a SB team
Doc Brown replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just off the top of my head as I'm sure there's more. The premise that you can't win a Super Bowl if you're paying a QB and a WR top 5 money at the position just because it hasn't been done lately is ludicrous imo. -

Looking at it through Super Bowl winner's is such a narrow lens given the lucky bounces/injury luck that's required to win a Super Bowl. Go back to 2011 (when the rookie wage scale kicked in) and give me the final four teams each season. Off the top of my head, Falcons - Ryan and Jones. Cardinals - Warner and Fitzgerald. Cowboys - Romo and Bryant. Steelers - Roethliberger and Brown. Saints - Brees and Colston. Packers - Rodgers and Adams. It can be done. You just have to spend smartly elsewhere. -
Bills sign Chase Claypool, Smoot, Jones
Doc Brown replied to Dablitzkrieg's topic in The Stadium Wall
Worst case is he uses his talent, balls out for two months to make the team, and then goes back to his old habits once the season starts taking away a roster spot from someone else. Another possibility is he balls out for a year (which would be great) with the incentive to sign a big multi-year contract next year. Old habits die hard so proceed with caution with players like Claypool.
