There is no difference between the two. They’re the same thing.

The difference is: Federal Medicaid only covers people that have kids. Discrimination IMO. It rewards bad behavior (children) The state Medicaid programs cover low-income single people also. Not available in red states.

Medicaid is welfare health insurance. For example, NJ has their own version of Medicaid called NJFsmilycare. NY has the same thing. That’s welfare HC. It’s free HC for low-income individuals. That is welfare. Medicare is different.

However, there were 3 women at the end of a bar while I was getting take out. They were discussing getting lines of credit because Trump is going to “erase their debt.” That’s 1 strike for that establishment. The food is good but I can’t have that.

You could do both and set up J&J tents around the stadiums. Unvaccinated already have to bring proof of negative test. That seems to be the direction Live Nation (concerts) is going moving forward.
