The next reliable poll that comes out will probably have him sitting around 44 percent. He definitely overplayed his hand and misread the electorate. His team should be fired. These are ALL self-inflicted wounds. After looking at this morning’s polls, Biden is around 45 percent approval. That’s actually really good considering the media slaughter he endured. Rasmussen has him at 44 and others have him at 46.

That’s probably why they aren’t giving an official number. There could be hundreds more or less and they don’t want it to look like they left people there that might not even still be there or vice versa. In short, we have no idea how many Americans are, and still are in Afghanistan.

Apparently, it wasn’t required for Americans to register and tell the state department that they were in Afghanistan. It wouldn’t surprise me if we eventually locate a bunch of criminals that fled the states and have been hiding out over the years.

It reminds me of the time my brother’s friend got stuck over in Egypt. He’s a pretty well known political consultant and he was running the campaign of an opposition candidate when it was really unstable a few years back. Their government killed a bunch of the people on his team and he was jailed. He eventually got home safely but damn.

Off topic but the last 2 weeks nfl network has been telling me that the Bills game is coming on and then it switches to some other crappy game, so I went to my go-to streaming site. As I was watching, I realized that I’ve been using that site for over 20 years now. Dozens of other sites have come and gone and that one is still running. Isn’t that crazy? What is the best “pay” option for streaming these days?

OD’s don’t really need care. They narcan you at the scene. They just like to hold you for an hour so you don’t run across the street and get high again. They’d be way down the list in this situation.

It’s about to. Some argue that unvaccinated Covid patients should get the highest priority since they’re likely to die, but I guess doctors and administrators have had enough and are coming down the other way on it. It might not be every hospital, but it will probably become the norm here soon. When there’s only 2 beds, it obviously isn’t fair to give it to unvaccinated idiots if others need them.

That’s exactly what it means. 1a: the sorting of and allocation of treatment to patients and especially battle and disaster victims according to a system of priorities designed to maximize the number of survivors b: the sorting of patients (as in an emergency room) according to the urgency of their need for care 2: the assigning of priority order to projects on the basis of where funds and other resources can be best used, are most needed, or are most likely to achieve success Gun shots, strokes, etc. will get priority over a sick unvaccinated Covid patient if there’s a shortage of beds. Being unvaccinated with Covid knocks you a few pegs down the priority list. My doctor told me that today. They’re still working out the specifics.

It’s a pretty pointless conversation because hospitals are going Triad here shortly which puts the unvaccinated to the back of the line if they’re busy.
