Chris Long should be having more fun. He was literally in New England to do 1 thing. I believe Bellichick only wanted him to be a 3rd down pass rusher and his snap count was dramatically reduced. But...it worked. that is why Long left. He knew he had more 3 down football in him but that wasn’t going to happen in New England. But Long knew exactly what he signed up for in New England. you don’t hear Chris Hogan saying he would prefer the Rex Ryan Fun Days do you?

Might need to double check this, but teams that lose Super Bowls do not usually have great next seasons I believe (or at least) not as good. so taking that as a factor, the patriots will not go to the super bowl next season then the 2019 season would possibly see a 42 year old Brady and J. McDaniels as Head Coach. so if that is the reasoning I could see Patriots being that low on the “SB Window”.

Colts are ones to talk about commitment. Selling their fans that Luck was good to go to keep ticket sales up despite the seriousness of his injury and recovery time. besides that. There are hundreds of coaches in this league. Numerous ones who should be ready to go on interviews at the ping of their text message from their agents. we haven’t missed FA, the draft and the league year hasn’t even started yet.

All of them? i can not speak or defend that Brady did not publically congratulate Foles. However if you type Brady is a punk because he didn’t congradulate the opposing team...then that is incorrect.

I wasn’t there. Brady was probably somewhere around the 50 yard line. Foles I have no idea. And then all chaos broke out on the field. Just to clarify I wasn’t saying BB needed to be fired I was only stating that after last night if there really is a power struggle or a debate on who is more valuable to NE, then BB lost ground after his defense went off the rails.

Something to monitor in the next 1-2 seasons. Because we can’t rely on playing dolphin fourth string QBs and Andy Dalton every time we want to make the playoffs.

I hear you, but That’s the way the eagles were playing all season. wentz had 33 tds through 13 games. He was going for 40+ if not for injury. watson has 19tds in 5 games. not to mention Geoff and Wilson and Rodgers if not for injury. shoot Roethlisberger threw 5 tds against the great jaguars defense and even Alex Smith had the best season of his career in league. it is coming for teams ready to embrace it.

Somewhere I hope Coach McD is purging himself of the defense and running and punting and field goals mentality. gone need to be the days of our QBs averaging 1.3 td passes per game. i just do not know what more Mr. Pegula and this fan base need to see about what is happening around the league.

I will say it did make me snicker at the media when Belichick was talking in his post game. underneath his name it reads “1 of 3 coaches to lose 3 Super Bowls.” with media and mental processing like that, we are all better off never to win at all or just never compete for anything. strange mentality that pushes. That Brady is vastly the more important person to retain in any off season power struggle for New England. new England with McDaniels HC and Brady QB vastly better than New England with Belichik HC and FA QB

There has been this debate of who deserves more credit for the pats dynasty or who should kraft and the pats align with. belichick or Brady. i would say after tonight That was answered

Say all the egos and power struggle stories are true. if tonight didn’t cement who is needed to be kept and who can go then I don’t know what else to say.
