  14. who invented the "zap" command? i've worked with a few programs that have a "kill" or "zap" function that apparently wipes out all data on command. never used it but wonder if someone accidentally did this to 4 terabytes, or deliberately

  17. the risk of career limiting or ending injury is huge, one is a practice away from a major injury the players union is the weakest by far of the major sports because of this and the NFL owners are smarter than the NBA, as shown every year
  18. if i never get on a plane again that's fine with me paid to do so for work is fine, but never voluntarily again i don't mind flying, it's the delay and hassle for hours and hours that gets to me, it is never worth it unless the billable hours are clicking away
  19. i've carved out a comfortable and enjoyable niche as well, the bank account wasn't rewarded but many other important things were now i'm getting set over this year to have to get out there and obtain a higher paying job with much more responsibility, hopefully the jobs dangled before me unsolicited are there when I need one... ?
