From what I keep reading and hearing, Tyrod expected Zay to be where he threw it since he held the safety in the middle of the field with his eyes. Both can be blamed to a point, throw was high and Zay wasn't where he should have been. Happens when you do not have much time to gel and develop synergy. If the bills show any competence on offense they win the game by 7 if not more.
The offense was just complete watery dog s$&@. Can't gain much when running 2-3 yard out routes.
