Amen. I'm just worn down as a Buffalo sports fan. I don't follow the offseason bologna as closely as I used to. I don't buy the words, I don't buy the draft pick hype, don't buy the One Buffalo marketing ploy, I just don't care. Sundays at 1:00, that's when I'll pay attention. I renew my seasons strictly for the day out with the fellas. Good crew, good ritual, good food and drink, always a good time.

Absolutely. I'm 41, and weigh 30lbs. less than I did at 31. I don't diet, I eat smarter and bike/hike way more than I did ten years ago. I'm also mostly off beer as well, that helps keep the weight off. I still have an occasional beer, but discovered a while back that a glass or two of bourbon is much easier on the waistline than killing beers all day at the tailgate.
