There have been 2-3 games moved in 30 years It's not like it happens yearly -
Great regular season! Proud of the boys!

Last season... With a terrible coach who was bottoming out the program... UB averaged 13,000 per game... Toledo averaged 19,000 and led the Mac Go back when we were winning with leipold... And the bulls were leading the mac in ticket sales When you're bad for three or four years of course it hurts attendance When they have success a couple years in a row they bring in more fans The entire Mac does not have big attendance And Mac football revenue all has the same guidelines... So all the Mac schools are getting that student funding too More consistent money is an easier way to a long-term stable program... Would you rather see your football program have 3 million in revenue or 10 million in revenue Any school would rather see 10 million

I think by regulations they have to leave a small percentage of tickets available to the rest of the public and away fans

Did you just start watching football last season? Honestly Because culture and history has a lot to do with everything.. one 9-7 season beating terrible teams and backing into the playoffs because the Bengals had a miracle... Doesn't undo 20 years of piss poor decisions from top down... Bad drafting bad coaching hires bad management... One barely squeaked through season doesn't change 20 years of ineptitude... Sean didn't have the culture fully changed and embraced by everybody till year 4 of his regime... It took years of him gutting out our top players and divas .. redoing our cap It was a process We did not have a team that could even compete with anything Kansas City had till the 4th season in.... The roster McDermott inherited is not even comparable to what Patrick mahomes inherited lol

The bills backed into the playoffs for the first time in 17 years... They lost four out of their last five games Their defense got turnovers but could not stop most offenses The Chiefs made the playoffs five out of the eight years prior... In 2017 you couldn't even compare the franchises The bills had 17 years of ineptitude and were considered the laughing stock of the league... The chiefs were becoming a model of consistency, winning, being able to sit a first round quarterback an entire year behind a good quarterback While having Andy Reid who is considered a guru In 2016 the chiefs were considered a great model franchise... In 2016 the bills were a joke The bills front office from top down had to do a lot to change the culture of the franchise..

WNY is not a hot bed of talent like Texas or Florida or Georgia But it's still produces more division one football players then New England region, and the Dakotas and West Virginia and Nebraska and Wyoming The Monsignor Martin League.. aka the Catholic League Puts out division 1 kids every single year.. even Bennett the city powerhouse , consistently puts two kids division 1 yearly We had a kid from Western New York sign with Georgia

UB average 15k in attendance this year... And they sell more seats than that ... Some mac schools bring in 8,000 a game They've led the mac in attendance four or five times the last 10 years They have three bowl wins in the last 7 8 years Have produced a top five draft pick.. how many other schools have never done that There's 8 bulls in the NFL ... More than lots of schools

We all know about Greg He's a limited coordinator... He's a world class guy at developing a sophisticated run game But in pure passing situations his scheme is limited.. he's a glorified lines coach -

Oh he's a stud He could have 12 interceptions a year But he finishes with four.. or zero I think right now Because he's not finishing the interception.. besides that he would be the best safety on our team by a million miles -

I'm not talking specifically about tonight And I did say he's extremely talented... Guys like elway or Allen or even mahomes are willing to take off up the middle for 15 yards and take a massive hit for a big first down I don't know if Herbert has that in him.. but we all know Josh will give up his career for one super bowl -

Notre Dame is my favorite college program and I love the Irish Kyle Hamilton was a beast for the program and it's a really good player He has developed stones for hands.. he used to make crazy interceptions... Now he drops balls my mom could catch He has everything but the ability to finish now -

He was the same at Oregon with a loaded cast He's extremely talented but I don't think he has the dog to really want it He has way more talent than Tom Brady.. Tom Brady will never be forgeted because of his grit and toughness and determination to be the best Herbert is a West Coast hippie vibe -

I screamed at my television when Minnesota drafted Adrian Peterson We were like two picks away! And we were absolutely taking him and took Marshawn who was good but didn't come into his own in Buffalo Adrian Peterson would have been 1300 yards out the gate I think football comes an eras and earlier players pave the way for later guys LT is a masterpiece and one of the best three down running backs in NFL history... But he got to get to that point because the guys like Thurman Thomas Thurman was the original LT may have been the finished version.. both all time greats -

He's the second best pure runner I've watched in the last 20 years Adrian Peterson, Derrick Henry, Nick chubb pre injury Chris Johnson gets a shout out for domination but he isn't Adrian Peterson or Derrick Henry And maybe I should say 10 or 12 years Because now going back in my memory... Pure runners don't last that long... If I'm going to shout out Chris Johnson... Priest Holmes , Larry Johnson They really don't make guys like that anymore And once you get 350 or 400 touches in a season you just break down Those guys would be all pros today if only for a short time -

Yea Henry is a machine he's big, strong, fast... Has pretty good feet There's no such thing as a perfect football player and every player has some weaknesses... He's definitely able to be contained if you could get penetration into the backfield where he can't get his head of steam He's in north south runner You take away the north south... And he looks like human But he's a freak -
Ravens or Chargers tonight? Consider the playoffs

This Is where 95% of casual fans don't understand the nuance of the game and I'm not specifically talking about you either.. this is just a general statement Every single player on an NFL roster 1 through 52 has a lot of talent including the practice squad What separates the difference is, scheme fit, coaching , and repetition Outside of the top five percent that are all pros.. and 10% that are pro bowlers There's about 80% of the league that are extremely equal and it comes down to coaching opportunities and fit... The other 10% percent are typically ascending players to pro bowl status -

Toughness used to almost be the deciding factor in a quarterback's career It becomes less and less of a trait the more quarterbacks are protected honestly though They still have to be tough but not 1985 tough -
I mean I haven't watched the games in years But the Steelers were absolutely way more loaded than Marino's dolphins ... And again it's the ultimate team game Sure, was Bradshaw clutch, yea... But I think Dan Marino wins at least four super bowls if he gets to play with the same era Steelers team There's no universe where Bradshaw is better
