  2. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.syracuse.com/orangebasketball/2021/03/robert-braswells-emerges-from-painful-shins-bench-time-to-be-syracuse-savior-in-primetime.html%3foutputType=amp Some love for Robert
  3. Absolutely and covid definitely made it a funny year And he's definitely still connected
  4. Regional scouts had all of last year to see him, as well as getting to attend Georgia practices to see him, and Ohio State practices at times the past 3 season's And you still have all the tape from this year There is way more than enough tape and info on Justin fields, not like Trey Lance who is a mystery I understand talking to him. But nothing about his throws on his pro day should change anything about his draft status
  5. My one knock on Gil... He literally says Justin Fields could move up his board because of a good pro day I've never talked to an actual scout or coach that actually moved somebody up their board because of a pro day .. that's a pundit thing Looking bad might hurt your stock a bit, but if you're a top notch evaluator or scout, nothing you see should change your evaluation from game tape.. the pro day verifies some things you see on tape It doesn't add anything, except getting to see the ball live
  6. Gonna do a deeper dive to give a better assessment 👍 He has alot of potential
  7. Id probably just buy more lol
  8. Call me when it hits 15,000. That would be tanking
  9. Before the sanctions we always had one of the best fast break teams in the nation I think with this incoming draft class we are getting closer to that
  10. Yes! A lot of people on this thread complain that boeheim plays too slow And I always said these last few years with no depth have forced us to play slow, but boeheim historically recruits great athletes who love to run the floor and get out in transition Boeheim is slowly getting back to that style, and we have the athletes to do it now.. we just need to get stops on defense so we can run in transition Richmond, Guerrier, Griffen, Dolezaj and Braswell are all tremendous in transition... And Buddy is a three-point specialist running the floor
  11. You could have got it for 29 bucks today at a point. So it's not that off the ipo Let alone with how the market's going you might be able to get it below it soon
  12. To be fair the bills didn't give them many good things to write about Jerry Sullivan was the realest during the whole time. And he even did have some positives to say at times But he was being real when he said they were a mess for 20 years and people thought he was a hater
  13. Solidly in the top 5 We have the best group of route runners with diggs, beasley and sanders probably by far And all Josh needs is a foot of separation and he will fire it in there
  14. Been at his best as a 3t which is not a glaring need rn
  15. I hear you. And he was an intriguing prospect before he sat out He has the body type of a James Hardy or Dorial Green Beckham.. who wouldn't want a 6'6 sleek long wide receiver if he could play at a high level
  16. I don't think I'm trying to take over a thread. I just gave my opinion that I don't think he's an NFL tight end prospect This is a message board right
  17. If you're going to change positions in the NFL and Gain a lot of weight, you need to be able to keep your athleticism He's already not that fast, or agile So adding 30 lb certainly is only going to hurt his athleticism.. which is why I say he's probably maxed out As in he is the most athletic he will be at his size.. everybody can add 10 or 20 pounds of muscle, but that doesn't mean it's going to help you athletically .. some people gain 10 lb of muscle and get faster.. I don't think that's his case And you can't get on the field in our offense as a tight end if you can't block.. that's why Knox has lost reps And if you're going to just flex out a tight end, you might as well flex out Knox who is big strong and fast
  18. He's already put on most of the weight that he could at Colorado State. He would need to add another 40 lb to play tight end He just doesn't have the frame , even though he's 6'6. He's basically maxed it out
  19. It was a super young team! I reckon maybe one of the youngest national championship team in history.. or close too with that kentucky squad
  20. I like how before the game, some off the record assistant, called boeheim and Girard lunch time YMCA players.. Then both were hitting shots from half court 😏
  21. Did you hold? Would have been a great
  22. Spring Practice is underway! Horns up 🤘🤘
  23. There's just a lot more basketball talent than there was 25 years ago.. and the Blue bloods very rarely have kids stay for 4 years So if your a borderline high major recruit you can sit for 2 years and play two at Duke, or play all 4 at a school like Loyola or UB And those mid majors are usually upperclassmen heavy.. all it takes is one good recruiting class of three kids, and when they're all upperclassmen.. they're going to have talent and experience
  24. It's tough. Even though Syracuse hasn't had the regular season success as of late.. it's still Syracuse And boeheim recruits kids with NBA dreams and can develop them.. and most of those kids don't last four years
