  1. I mean it was a 17-year drought and he was here for two of them lol Kyle Williams played like 11 years on drought teams.. that's a massive difference to me To me TT and shady were end of the drought teams I don't really correlate them with the futile 17 years
  2. I think you should take the same approach to Sean McDermott who is given his all to this community and team And it hasn't gotten us over the hump yet but that doesn't mean he can't
  3. I mean when I was in high school we went to Liverpool We brought our soccer team and our baseball team Our soccer team was supposed to learn from the best 17-year-olds in England.. we were there to play their best 17-year-olds in baseball and help them While we also played some cricket My baseball team fared way way way better at cricket than the cricket team did at playing baseball lol Sure we weren't world beaters but we did much better comparatively Sure your soccer team beat the s*** out of our soccer team but that's why they went there lol You act like USA doesn't have a top 15 cricket team lol and a top 15 soccer team We barely care about either yet can produce teams that could win matches let alone we go to the Olympics in soccer we don't care And basketball and baseball are tremendous sports to play especially as youth through your teenage years
  4. Take a chill pill shirley Obviously English people don't have a sense of humor either Your gears are too tight
  5. Just because most British people can't hit a curve ball and can't shoot a jump shot doesn't mean baseball and basketball is whack Nobody wants to see England's national basketball team bricking layups lol
  6. I agree with everything you said except for most people here benching more than Josh lol Sure it's not part of his routine 100% I would bet all the money in my bank account he would out bench press 90% of this board at 225 for reps Don't kid yourself lol This goes back to the dad bod thing thinking regular Joe's think they look the same as professional athletes lol you don't.. and you're also not as strong as a superstar professional quarterback who is an ox I don't care if Josh Allen bench presses regularly I would put my entire stock market portfolio that he's putting up more reps than 90% of the people on this site In fact Josh Allen had 28 reps at 225 I'm sure 98% of this board is not getting 28 reps lol
  7. NHL players get paid a fraction of what NFL players do lol The NHL commissioner is way way worse than Rodger goodell
  8. Some NFL teams absolutely flag season ticket holders who sell all their tickets The Packers have definitely axed people for selling all their tickets Keyword.. all
  9. Elite at the offensive line is basically non-existent in 2025 There's about four guards you could call elite lol And there's about six tackles including left and right Dawkins is severely underrated around here.. and Spencer Brown is on a All pro Ascension... As I said earlier somebody like Creed Humphrey who a lot of people would consider elite here... Is literally not Head and shoulders better than Conor McGovern In fact with the salary cap.. 3 years 22 million is way better than 4 years 70 million Humphrey isn't that much more money better... He's not even in the same stratosphere as a Kevin Mawae from back in the day We have multiple guys at top 10 at their spot.. which in the NFL where there's not great line play is massive boost The word elite is super subjective and offensive lines are a unit.. Bill belichick used to mix together multiple different lineups until he found the best cohesive mix... We literally have 6-7 quality NFL lineman on our roster potentially more Even a guy like Alec Anderson will be starting on another team sooner than later because if we don't give him decent money, he's going to take a contract for another team that's going to pay him to start And I think he has a really bright future at center which is where I would give him a shot at if we let McGovern leave for a bigger contract There's not a lot of teams who have six or seven playable offensive lineman who will not get your quarterback killed every play.. that in itself is really good
  10. I've been calling Brown a future All pro since before last season started but he's not as consistent yet And he gets more tight end chipping help He is definitely our best run blocker he's definitely not as consistent in pass protection as Dion yet
  11. I can't believe people are clowning on Coleman for working lol And to anybody who thinks that will not improve your short area quickness or release package at all.. it does First of all not everybody can be Jerry Rice off the line of scrimmage.. but even plaxico burress needed to have a little bit of this in his bag There's a reason why professional trainers have wide receivers doing drills like this.. because if you do it for a month straight it pays off
  12. It really depends.. a guy like Zack Martin who went 25th.. or a guy like quinton Nelson, they don't need any development Some schools like Notre Dame do produce NFL ready lineman a good amount... Guys like Tristan wirfs from Iowa were already made As you said , college football is more spread so blocking schemes are more east to west.. the NFL blocking schemes are more north south So there's a lot of projection... You look for traits more than anything else It's why I was so adamant McGovern would be a very good center.. he has all the individual traits you're looking for in a center.. despite not playing it in a long time He has the size and length... He has a nasty streak, he is athletic at his size and can move and finish... All of that points to a good center Just like with Dawkins and brown ... Arm length, quickness, a tenacity finishing... A boxers straight to get hands on ends and quick feet That's what you're looking for in a tackle.. I don't care if you started at George or Temple.. if the Georgia guy doesn't have those traits he's not going to be an NFL tackle
  13. Dion has the toughest matchups week in and out ... He has the most 1 on 1s and he is a Stalwart That alone has to put him #1... The blind side is a different animal and you can't name 5-6 tackles more consistent than him over the last five years
  14. Well again that's why situation is everything.. that's why there are schemes and coaches and they're not all equal You could never tell me Tom Brady would be Tom Brady if he wasn't paired up with Bill belichick out the gate... Sure he won a super bowl with Tampa as a 40 year old man after being groomed by the best coach of all time for 15 plus years If the Bills draft Tom Brady I certainly don't think he remotely comes close to what he was I think that's partially the Brady Quinn conundrum... He still went in the first round it's not like he dropped to the 5th like Sanders did Brady did check every single one of Bill parcells's boxes for a successful NFL quarterback... That's why the NFL is a beast You can check all the boxes and still not get it done But intrinsically every quarterback getting drafted in the first round has tons of talent Derek Carr had a better career than David.. at 22 23 years old... I would take David every single time He just went to the worst situation possible
  15. Honestly Brady Quinn had so much talent going to the terrible browns was probably his downfall He had the IQ the arm strength the toughness.. the browns were his downfall The requisite wasn't great Jacked quarterback either.. it was jus jacked
  16. Brady Quinn was Jacked It is certainly not a prerequisite
  17. Well that's the Rochester special in 2025 Most of the alcoholics in Buffalo drink labatts now... I don't think genny has been bigger than labatts in Buffalo for a long long time
  18. I think the dad bod is the funniest thing ever Because he still is really athletic and 6'2 225 with a little belly Most dads who are like yeah it's my dad Bod.. like 5'11 295 lb thinking they look like mahomes lol
  19. I definitely think it's weird when women talk about trying for a baby lol You just like telling the whole world how often you get pounded out huh
  20. Ralph means way more to the City of Buffalo and myself than Terry will ever be to the city No offense, the people who speak ill will of Ralph when he did so much is crazy Don't be mistaken there would be people here who if Ralph had 10 super bowls wins, they would complain he didn't have 30
  21. Difference is Mark Andrews has kind of been dropping that big ball for 5 or 6 years Kincaid just didn't have a better sophomore campaign than his freshman most players take their biggest leaps between years one and two or two and three.. Kincaid didn't have a big leap between one and two so this is probably his year where he takes the biggest growth
  22. Allen , Dawkins , Benford Brown cook should make it ... Brown probably off Milano when healthy would definitely be there
  23. If we were fully healthy at the end of the season dude , yes we have enough Like I've played coach and scouted for 30 years I'm not a big excuse guy. yet the Buffalo Bills had 12 players on the injury report going against Kansas City 8 on defense... Yes that actually is a massive problem in a win or take all game.. with Christian Benford and Taylor rapp yes I think we win the game There's been like 4 seasons almost where we are destroyed on defense it'd be one thing if we were missing one player or two players were banged up.. we go into January with eight guys banged up on defense and that is too much to overcome Even if we went to the super bowl against the eagles our offensive line would have kept us in a much closer game because Josh Allen would not be running for his life all day.. our offensive line would have kept us way closer than the Chiefs But having eight guys dinged up versus Patrick mahomes is never a recipe for success.. that's why winning a super bowl takes as much luck as skill Because if we could get into deep January with only two defensive players banged up yes I think we're going to win it all Winning a super bowl takes as much luck as it does team talent because so many crazy things happen between January and February and that is the truth I think it's 100% a different game with a healthy Christian Benford and a healthy Taylor rapp the entire game.. who was our best safety the whole year
