This was the best the Bills have defended the Chiefs in the Mahomes era IMO. I was impressed with how aggressive we played them. They are going to get theirs and you live with that, but the goal is to keep them below 24 points and create some negative plays and we succeeded on both counts. Mahomes looked confused for much of the game and our pass rush plan worked better than I've ever seen it against the Chiefs.

Bernard is critical to this defense in ways that aren't apparent on the live broadcast.

O'Cyrus Torrence vs Chris Jones: Baldy says later in that thread Torrence only gave up 1 pressure to Chris Jones the whole game. In these clips he isn't even getting help, just winning 1v1s against a future hall of famer. Torrence is still our biggest weak link on the line but he's come into his own over the course of the season.

Burrow had multiple chances at game winning drives and couldn't get it done.

He's a good player but I think he entered the NFL already very close to his ceiling.

Neither QB wants to win this

There is always a Chargers player that makes a game altering mistake. Been the same story for 20 years now.

Herbert's problem has always been that he doesn't make clutch plays. The best QBs raise their play in critical moments. He if anything performs worse in those moments.

Morris also could have tracked the ball and caught it. Just saying. It wasn't way off the mark and that sort of throw isn't a spot throw anyways. Not that I begrudge Morris for it, he's a 3rd string TE for a reason.

Every QB misses throws. Some fans are just unrealistic and/or don't watch other teams' full games. It almost doesn't even matter what he did in the first three quarters. Clinching the game with two of the most clutch TD drives you'll ever see is the story. Pulling that feat off against this Chiefs defense is unheard of. If some fans can't appreciate what they're watching they've lost the plot.

I mean they have Cody freaking Ford starting at LT for them

Cincy's defense just gives them no chance. They need the offense to be perfect to even make it a coin flip game.

That whole drive was just too easy. Even on our TD drives we've really had to work for it. Play calling mismatch is big in this game
