  1. Of course, np. Don't let my talking ***** get in the way! Pet rocks abound!
  2. I think it's just overlap of good teams/primetime for them. They can't beat good teams, which is generally what you get in primetime
  3. Lol no I was part of bbmb as far back as 2003 and they did it every phin game then too. I don't understand why it's a tradition. Has nothing to do with anything as far as I know.
  4. I just don't get it. I mean, I understand what a haiku is, but it seems like the pet rock of literature. What's the point?
  5. Neither team is benching starters with AFCE on the line. Absurd
  6. I don't think even if Allen goes 450/5td he can win it. And who would really want him to get it this year? It's been ugly. Offense has been out of sorts most of the year. He's not as prepared as he had been in the past. I don't even think it would be good for him - he needs to go into the offseason with a chip on his shoulder. He still has a legitimate shot at SB MVP which is wayyyyyyyy better anyways... but an MVP for him this year would be pretty rediculous even though he has 42tds. I guess the only reason he's still in conversation is there is no runaway MVP. Lamar isn't even really that good but the W's are a bigtime factor in mvp conversation.
  7. I actually think they only keep doing it to get Diggs touches. Something is off with the offense and it seems Brady is trying to preempt Diggs drama by throwing him screens. If buffalo misses playoffs this week I'd still support a house cleaning. Brady had his moments, Sean's defense is doing *better* but the sauce just ain't there. Everything looks just way too hard for what is supposed to be a top offense in the league. We certainly aren't moving on from Josh so I'm still squarely in the camp of wanting new coaching. But this is Sean's chance at his Coughlin moment. They bring home a Lombardi this year and I'll stop complaining.
  8. He looked ok on the plays I looked at him. Definitely not as sudden with his hands, but idk what else I expected. Still got some penetration and plays well off of Oliver. I do believe he's at least better than the alternative already, though; especially since Phillips is out. It's certainly not a "Von" like situation. Daquan already doing ok. He's not "top dt in football" good like he was, but not a liability like Von
  9. I'd have the starters practice and play a couple series. 3 weeks is a long time. But I expect they don't play. Vegas agrees, just look at the line.
  10. That is our one leg up here. Both teams banged up. Dolphins trying to get a high seed. But Buffalo's entire season is on the line. This game means so much more to us. Please please please good Josh show up 🙏
  11. And maybe hope somebody knocks them off before we get there. Then we could host afccg🤷🏻‍♂️
  12. Gotta win next week anyway. This team isn't going anywhere in playoffs as a 7 seed. We need that 2
  13. Is Josh hurt? Is Tua hurt? So many questions but a gargantuan game
  14. Now's not the time to win the game passing. Hand that ball off or let Allen run it. Maybe some quick throws. Come on Brady/Josh... Long drive here with points at the end seals it. Miami is losing. Ffs we can't blow this game!
  15. The lack of a passing game for the past several weeks portends bad things for the next few (?) games. I don't know what's going on but Josh hasn't been completing passes for much of December.
  16. Weird with all the deep routes on a 3rd and 7 deep in your own territory
  17. Okay Bout as bad a start as I could think of. But the pats still suck and Bills just need to stay focused
  18. About damn time is right! He's been really useless this year and actually a net negative taking snaps from pretty much any other rusher on the team. He's 72 years old tomorrow. Let's give him another off-season to rehab (not like we have a choice, his dead cap number next year I think is something like 1.2 billion)
  19. All good points! Augie your point is well taken. But I do think, taking Laporta out of the equation, Kincaid seems to have hit a wall. All of the stats, the 6th all time receptions, high on the rookie list in yards, etc; that all happened weeks ago. Kincaid has been becoming less and less productive, and I think that merits the discussion about TEs in a Brady called offense, usage/snaps given (by McD or Brady by way of formation selection), knox taking his snaps because Knox blox, a potential injury? Idk But zooming out and looking at the big (long term) picture: Kincaid is at a minimum in the top 5 most important players on the team going forward, so just like with Josh, if he's not doing well it's time to start making adjustments.
  20. I'm dying for some seam routes to this kid in the 10-20 yard range. Brady has called a point scoring offense, but he needs to find a way to get pass catchers involved that didn't start in the backfield. Diggs and Kincaid disappeared almost at the same time Brady started calling the plays.
  21. So we should take these awards that have nothing to do with damars situation and give it to him? What about the players who actually deserve those awards? Damars situation was brutal and he has sacrificed alot... Almost much more. But we can't go destroying every award out there just to give him something. Comeback poy is for players that turn in remarkable performances on the field. Hard to argue damar did anything close to that. WPMOTY is for players that shoe "commitment to philanthropy and community impact". Again not applicable to damar. Here's an idea.................. CREATE THE "HAMLIN AWARD", to be given yearly to the player that overcomes the most adversity to play. Then he's "immortalized" with a namesake award, gets something to commemorate his toughness and perseverance, and doesn't dilute other awards Seems like a pretty good compromise to me
