Easy:
Fire McDermott
Hire new HC after interviews/search
Trade/Cut aging players, overpaid players, and underperforming vets. Gather draft picks.
Eat dead cap for a year or 2.
Draft WR, WR, WR, WR, WR
We need to let the catastrophe happen asap and not drag it out.
A new regime will have some leash to fix the problems.
Josh NEEDS this, and since he's 95% of the franchise, the team NEEDS this.
We have an MVP QB who's visually frustrated nearly every game, even caught on the sidelines yesterday after bad plays calls saying "what are we even doing?"
We are in desperate need of a fresh start. Bad rosters for a year or 2 would be acceptable if there's an injection of optimism and energy from new leadership.
They finally put cook in on possession downs and then call the most predictable plays ever
Rather give Allen some options, dang.
Brady's biggest weakness is calling plays that every single person in the stadium sees coming
Too bad Josh doesn't get that ball to go backwards on that one.
But Brady made sure to neuter the offense on that drive and Josh was just trying to make something happen.
This game is just wild. Out of control. No rhythm. And somehow we're still in it🤷🏻♂️
Josh is having a bad year.
But it's pretty obvious they aren't motivated or well coached. Even the wins (besides KC/Jets) were eeked out and sloppy
I don't know if you can say the team "quit" on McD, but it's clear we need new leadership overall and coaching at every level.
Clean house and start fresh. Ffs. Please
Honestly I don't even care what we get for him.
Being on the field is a liability. He's a WR that can't get open so he's rarely a good target for Josh
Add to that the forced back shoulder play calls that are a wasted down basically every time.
It equates to a wasted position on the field as well as whole wasted plays when they call the back shoulder.
And work ethic/character issues?
C-ya bud!
This iteration of the Bills is cooked.
We need a fresh start.
Wipe some contracts, get new coaching, and reset.
There's still time to build a new roster with just the young guys, Josh, and Kincaid.
Yeah but everyone will pretend like it's not rational to criticize Sean.
I'm sure he'll find somebody to scapegoat again this year to save his job.
And now, [checks watch], we're going on at least 3 years since McDermott should have been fired.
He doesn't even understand the term "scheme"
He just has plays. No scheme at all. No "use this to setup that". No "gotta have it" plays. No keeping the defense honest.
Cook wasn't even out there on 2pt conversion. Cook's criminal underuse on important plays this year is sickening. Defenses just have to stop plays that they already know are coming.
