If I'm gambling I'm not going with the most NFL ready qb at the draft....I'm going with the qb I think has the highest ceiling that is available to me....if that is hogan then that's the guy....but I'm not drafting him solely on the idea that he can step in and play day 1 if needed....that's what veteran NFL qbs are for.

Not a big fan on the quality of Nissan.....much better looking at the Honda Fit if looking for something comparable in that category

Well I for one am hoping we tank the next 11 games....well not necessarily tank....would love to see the young guys continue to excel....hopefully some easy goals slip by

I think we are headed In the right direction.....things just need to come together....losing on the mcdavid sweepstakes really showed tonight....fortunately he is buried in the west....and there were Sabres fans actually hoping mcdavid landed in Toronto....I shudder at that thought....

Just sucks that we were the worst team 2 years in a row and couldn't win the lottery especially when it mattered most.....Edmonton is in for a real treat for years to come.

So let's be honest...while eichel may be a generational talent.....mcdavid is just on another level...one I don't think the NHL has witnessed in quite sometime.

The money is too good for these guys to say no....some will and some won't. With the medical info that is out there and the awareness, these players have a choice to make. I don't see the NFL ever falling.....it is too good of a sport. I suspect sometime in the future that players will have to sign a waiver as part of their contracts. For all the ones that don't want to play to save themselves from years medical issues, there are hundreds to thousands more lining up to take their place. You have a valid point about potentially losing the premier athlete to another sport.

It's the great debate...does a great qb make a great wr? Clearly Rodgers has had a down year and does miss Jordys deep threat ability...it has been a piece missing the entire year.

Myles jack has my vote for pick 19....don't know if he will be there though

He is an important part to Rex's defense.....he was great under pettine.

I think this year was very humbling for Rex.....all coaches have to be arrogant to a point when interviewing...they all think they can work magic with what they have.....this years defense wasn't the case....was it scheme? Maybe....did some players regress? Maybe.....I'm going with Rex is a good coach and knows defense.....Whaley knows talent....they get some of the right players who are smart enough to run Rex's defense and the results will show....those that haven't bought into the defense will be removed. I still have optimism for Rex.

There is a lot of "anyone other than Rex " going on....Rex has proven he can coach in the league....I think this off season will get us some players to run his defense effectively and buy into his system....
