It IS really important to have a great team culture, where players can rely on and assist each other. Kudos to McD for that! HOWEVER… It is far more important to have Blue Chip TALENT at as many positions, as possible. Aside from the obvious #17 (ranked with the best in the game), the RB (perhaps in the Top 5), where are many others ranked in the Top 10 in the NFL? FFS, the WRs, as an entire everybody eats posse, are not in the Top 25! Similarily, the TEs could be generously marked in the Top 15-20. But, several on the D might make good Beer vendors in the stands. They should not be on a football field for this team. And when the going gets tough and their nuts are in a vice in the biggest moments, do you count on 13 Seconds McD to do the right thing? Have you counted on Beanie to get you players not named Josh Allen? NO AND NO.

The $ is needed for a WR1 and the Georgia Tech kid is fine. 7) Brady: STOP, PLEASE STOP DOING STUPID ***** TRICKS! We don’t have the talent to accomplish any of that nonsense, especially with stone hands TEs. 8 McD… get a hold of your team.
