I'm all for learning and growing. I think Brady could do very well w some more seasoning and blossom into a great NFL OC. I just don't like the fact that he's going to be doing the learning and growing here while we're in the middle of Allen's career.

They're 20something millionaire athletes whose input is going to be informed by a multitude of factors not necessarily conducive to the OC's offensive goals, like personal statistics/production/ability to self scout/realistic view of their own capabilities

yes i think the larger issue is that you should probably have higher ambitions for this offense than just promoting whoever happens to be QB coach after the previous OC gets fired or leaves
