    The author concludes the Bills were adversely effected by penalties at over double the rate the Chiefs were. Anomalous both between two teams and against league/Bills averages. Effectively, it was a poorly officiated game that dramatically favored the Chiefs.

    Nobody can tell me how QBR is calculated so I don’t use it. Lots of people do though ANY/A is better than passer rating because it doesn’t count completions twice
