  1. it's certainly possible. but if you look at success rate among our RBs it's pretty clear why they don't go to Cook in those moments
  2. in a given year, sure. but realistically they're all members of the same union, and in the long term larger contracts are better for membership overall put it this way- when it's your turn to get paid you'd expect your coworkers to be in your corner. i mean just because you get a raise it doesnt mean your buddies get less...it's up to the boss/front office/NFLPA cba etc to figure it out
  3. prime Alvin Kamara would be his absolute ceiling imo
  4. other guys as in teammates you make more than maybe 90% of people on the planet. you make more than 99.9% of everyone who's ever lived
  5. it means i was replying to someone who said this was going to cause some hurt feelings in the locker room
  6. because it's in their best interest that their fellow members receive the biggest contracts possible. now I don't want the Bills to be the team to pay him upwards of $15m/yr either but i def support Cook's attempts to make it happen
  7. i guarantee you the other guys are 100% behind Cook as they should be
  8. but the eAgLEs!
  9. Dalvin Cook was a different animal he wasn't big but in his prime he was imo pound for pound one of the most violent backs in the league
  10. Well it's not like there isn't precedent w this FO😂😂 They actually paid TWO rbs in Carolina between Jonathan Stewart and DeAngelo Williams
  11. I'm not disputing he had a great year for TDs or that he isn't a good player You just can't pay RBs anymore
  12. it sucks but that's the reality of the league for the last decade+ its just not smart and if those runs need to get converted into passes so much the better
  13. hes a good player. no dispute hes getting talked about like he's a top5 back
  14. impressive sure it was impressive when Knox led the league in TDs for tight ends in 2021 too
  15. again in what world is 1,009 yards rushing and 258 receiving elite?
  16. TD totals dont impress me in this offense. if you are a skill player w Allen you are going to have outsize TD numbers. Call it the Dawson Knox effect...we are still regretting that contract they handed him after his 9TD season doubt theyll make the same mistake
  17. he does? When was that?
  18. And not even the whole offense Just specifically the guys who need to keep us on schedule and perform in the big moments Reliable, talented pass catchers who won't shrink when the time comes...I don't think that's even remotely controversial
  19. i dunno i usually rank defensive guys a little higher if their offense stinks just because they get more work that moves jaylon johnson and ward up for me, they're legit. especially johnson mcduffie is really good but i might honestly take benford over him for size and more natural cover ability
  20. Well that's kind of the point isn't it The OP used AI to organize material he's familiar with for efficiency's sake. That's responsible use imo You used it to fabricate an argument using football data you're clearly unfamiliar with...most people who follow the league would have known the Chiefs were certainly not blowing teams out to the tune of a +131 point differential
  21. im pretty sure the Chiefs didn't have a +131 point in 2024
