  1. 😂😂You're getting trolled
  2. Just please go look at playoff performances Burrow and Allen before you say that the stats are all but equal lol
  3. Are we supposed to believe you think Jimmy Garoppolo is a better QB than Allen because winning%
  4. For me Dorsey>Daboll but I'm in general agreement that they just don't prioritize getting guys on offense enough... that's a big limiting factor overall
  5. I don't know what you'd consider good offensive coaching but they've already gone through 3 different OCs under McDermott so I doubt another one would produce dramatically different results I think you have to conclude if you want better 'offensive coaching' it starts at the top
  6. Stats aren't everything but they can be useful, even early on like rn For example they suggest that the difference between how we lost to the Jags and how the Chiefs beat them is not how our respective offenses performed, contrary to your view
  7. Top5 in the NFL in nearly every offensive category means nothing to you then
  8. You realize you'll be able to get a way better price later on in the year
  9. 🤙 Don't get me wrong, I think there's value in what they do I'm just saying I'm terms of that value, something more easily quantifiable for that kind of analysis like frequencies of personnel packages, down/distance tendencies...that data has value for sure. But discerning a QBS first reads or player grades I doubt have much value to teams. Teams can barely grade their own players properly😂😂
  10. That is not what I understand at all Collinsworth got in and immediately PFF pivoted to consumer side fantasy and gambling
  11. I can almost 100% guarantee you teams are not paying for grades. They are paying for the metadata that doesn't rely on analysts.
  12. I love Cam Newton. Big Cam guy here That said your IQ automatically goes up like 15-20pts if you put that guy on ignore
  13. You shouldn't imo. The people breaking down the film are not former NFL players and executives. In many cases they have never played the sport in their lives.
  14. My guess is they either purchase existing PFF data wholesale or farm out the specific info they are looking for to the same analysts. Which would make it significantly less interesting imo. I do not trust PFF analysts to know what QB reads/progressions are on a given play.
  15. Isn't producing what exactly?
  16. Also first in TDs again
  17. You don't need all world QB play to get to a super bowl The fact that we've actually had it and still haven't sniffed one should be indictment enough imo
  18. We actually triumphantly beat the Miami Skylar Thompsons in 2022 wildcard
  19. Of course they were good enough The Bengals have proven getting dumptrucked in Arrowhead isn't some foregone conclusion
  20. Add this Then /thread
  21. How can the defense possibly be expected to play well when they don't have first round picks at every position
  22. I don't think Dorsey is an all world offensive talent at OC or anything. I think he is a good coach learning on the job and is doing a very respectable job working w what he has. Route design or spacing can be a coaching issue or a player issue tbh, as for Kincaid 400 or so yards was what some of us put down when we did preseason projections. He's a rookie so I don't know how proven a talent you can argue he is. He looks good sometimes and other times not so good. And I definitely blame the FO for not putting enough talent on the offensive side of the ball, but also realistic when it comes to expectations for this particular group.
