TE is so far down the list I can't believe it's getting play & defense is the least of the team's problems. O-line should be the first and almost singular focus IMO; a second tier QB will also be brought in. Forget the shiny stuff and fix the o-line.

Regarding their oath; are they not endangering the lives of immunosupressed individuals by treating unvaxers? Are doctors not now excluding patients based on their insurance coverage? Everyone in the organization needs mentoring. Who, from the owners down has shown the ability to build a strong, winning NFL team? Are they not wise to seek out someone who has overseen a successful organization? Are they not wise to assemble the best team from the FO down to the players? Is Hill that guy? Why not? Do you think that Polian would have come in and worked with the coaching staff? No, he would work with Whaley, offering advice on building a roster, giving his take on specific players (pro or college).
