  1. You know your way around the board pretty good and were balls deep on this thread pretty early in the game. What's your real TBD user name? That's the question.
  2. It's gamesmanship if the goal is to confuse the opponent, it's not gamesmanship if your exploiting a hole in that rule book that is nearly impossible for Ref's to enforce properly.
  3. Sportsmanship = when your getting beat in a playoff game find a loophole that will confuse the refs and put the opposition at a distinct disadvantage.
  4. They started cheering on the Pats when Bledose put up some numbers and then Ben winter Coates was doing things. Some of us remained Bills/Giants/Eagles fans...a very small some. It is amazing that the Patriots home games were blacked out for years in the greater Boston area yet their fan base is YUuuuuge now a days. Long are the days of Tony Eason and Steve Grogan.
  5. What's it been 4 days? Someone knows, I would hope.
  6. So Lockheed Martin's stock should break 350 in her time as president?
  7. It's funny that no one else is worried about Sammy's foot?!
  8. If he did indeed break it again he would be staring at his 3rd procedure in less than a year.
  9. This could be a Patriot mistake, all summer long they have been hinting that Edelman may miss a game or two. Then yesterday he is running drills full tilt anddddd today he is on the back of a cart. Hopefully we are playing it safe with Sammy, no need for him to be doing much besides conditioning for now.
  10. The steroid era put to a hault by a tiny little man, best I have ever seen. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CD_c-oawu68
  11. "I did my part so now let's go Double or Nothing, I bet you can't read a single defense at practice tomorrow"
  12. You have a bunch of men 220-370 pounds running full speed into eachother and falling all over eachother. What the hell you thinks going to happen? Things are going to break, bodies are going to ache, brains are going to get scrambled. The only time teams and fans complain about is injuries is when your losing. Go out and win some games and no one will be posting about Ragland. Only complaint or suggestion I'd make is when a guy shows up fat and out of shape run him for the entire camp. Ragland looked like he was smuggling donuts in the back of his pants, MD looks like he had the rest of Ragland's donuts in his Moobs. Brandon Spikes is in better shape than both of them and the only football he has played is on PlayStation.
  13. If you end up being short a person or two let me know. I will spank some PPP cheeks!
  14. Fitz went out on the first series in Oakland and the Jets tanked that game. He then played against us with the torn ligaments in his thumb on Thursday night, and had surgery scheduled just hours after so he could heal up on the extended time off. If he is healthy for both those games maybe then win 11 games? Chris Ivory was a shell of himself coming down the stretch as well. Everyone has injuries.
  15. That extra 80 million is probably long game from his divorce anyways.
  16. http://www.davemanuel.com/net-worth/alex-rodriguez/ Jeter made 9 million a year in endorsements and it bumped his career earnings to over 400 million according to multiple sites. The site I listed directed compared Arod's endorsement $ vs. Jeters. 9 million per vs. 500,000. If your a talented player do things the right way and reap the benefits. Arod's career earnings are estimated at 480 million by Forbes. Jeter's 400 or Arod's 480? I'm a sox fan I need a shower! Yuck.
  17. Right, but he would still have been richer than rich, had good endorsement deals and been waiting to get into the HOF. Instead he was selfish and sullied his reputation for bigger stats, which did lead to a bigger payday. Go ask Derrick Jeter if he wishes that he had used steroids to inflate his numbers. There is your answer.
  18. Is that really the question though? Bonds and Arod were great players before they "bulked" up. Rumors are that Bonds didn't like being glossed over while other steroid guys surpassed him so he used. Wasn't being a great player enough? They would have made 100's of millions of dollars and been more apt to receive long term endorsement deals etc. Why drag your name through the mud for a few extra homers and bragging rights? If you ask that question to yourself you may come up with a different answer.
  19. Good stuff, I agree Bosa is caught in the middle. The fans impression of him will be affected, couple that with missing TC and his career that hasn't even started yet is rolling down a hill.
  20. Something more to this story, Cowherd predicted that Bosa was worth watching and expressed concern over his parents involvement before he even got picked by SD. Not sure who he got that info from but this situation probably shouldn't be judged from the outside. I'm guilty for kicking dirt at the Chargers. Apparently his dad is a former NFL player and the parents have a reputation of being "helicopter parents" FWIW.
  21. Listening to Cowherd, I guess Arod fake cried at the podium yesterday. His hat was on when he started the interview then after rubbing his eyes a few times he takes off his hat so you can see his redden swollen eyes, and no tears coming down. Doesn't that pretty much sum up who this guy is? Good riddance, if they vote him into Cooperstown I will vomit.
  22. Cheers. Trying to think positive, in 14' when Kiko went down before the season the rest of the team remained healthy for the majority of the season. Hopefully Ragland was this years sacrifice if that makes any sense!
