15' - Clay, Shady, Harvin etc. Sammy's injury has a high rate of reoccurring problems, that is not a surprise to anyone that has researched it. Sammy himself said he will get an X-ray after every game if need be, sounds like some serious discomfort. Do you think he is playing at 100%? Watch the clips from last week. They spent up to the cap in 15' which you were confused with or just ignored but that obviously limited the their ability to sign FA's this year and address needs. If your restricted by the cap during FA I would hope you can address needs/depth in the draft. That didn't happen for a variety of reasons, none of which excuse the front office. I'm not going to go back and forth on this I know your side of things, hopefully they show up Thursday and all is forgotten.

No one is getting fired this week, they have time to play it out and prove the doubters wrong. If this season ends up being a nightmare then the glaring mistakes of the past two seasons will be hard to ignore. Why did they going on a spending spree in 15' and leave themselves up against the cap in the first year of a new head coach? They had to know they would have to retool somewhere right? Did they go All In without even knowing who their QB was? Why risk your 1st round pick on a player with a pre-existing injury when your letting Mario go and need some impact and depth. Whaley and company knew they didn't have any money to find a plus player in FA right? Why not disclose any details on Watkin's Jones Fracture and why not address the WR position when this injury has such a high rate of reinjury? Your losing Hogan and Harvin but the only investment your willing to make is a 6th round Hail Mary in the draft and some retreads? I don't know maybe I'm just to critical but those examples highlight a fundamentally unsound organization.

Plenty of talent is a pretty loose claim to make. Does the talent we do have mesh together and form a winning team? Everyone is waiting on results. The claims of depth and talent have been debated up and down this board. The only thing left to do is wait for the results. Disjointed uninspired football is what I saw Sunday and that's coming off the "We're Ready" message leading up to the season. Were they ready? Or All in? Any other cliches I'm missing? Sure it was one game but it came on the heels of a disappointing season so fans and media are up in arms, they have a short week to turn things around and prove everyone wrong...lets see it. Rebuilding sucks and it's time wasted but if your program isn't going forward then changes need to be made. Rex is in a bad spot and I would argue it's not really even his fault. The Pegula's decided to hire him and the talent didn't match his style, apparently that wasn't discussed and there was no emphasis on him conforming to the talent. So Rex is just being Rex and in fairness he hasn't had enough time to rework things. If he has to go to fix whatever the hell happened with the 16' draft I'm good with it. It's been a clown show all offseason with misinformation and false hopes, if they fall flat on the field clean house and find some modern thinking GM to build from the ground up. No more mix matching front office personal and coaches. Let the GM build something and tie the coach into his success/failures.

Maybe his skinny jeans were so tight they chapped his ass. Maybe he was upset he didn't get to ride in the Uber. Maybe he got death threats from the Baltimore Mob Squad. Maybe he got paid and lost his desire. Hopefully he wakes up by Thursday.

Identify the ideal candidate to replace each respective position and make offers than can not be refused. #getfracking

You read his comments from that interview yesterday right? Sounded pretty standoffish to me. His foot hurts, the team says he is ok to play...that dosent make it hurt any less and I could see this blowing up sooner than later. Edelman had the same problem in TC, he slammed down his helmet and got carted off at practice thinking he broke it again, from what I heard today it was just pain from the muscle moving around and the screws being in there. They had a guy on NFL Network talking about it.

Their red zone percentages were 30th, 15th, 15th, and then 29th for his four years out by the bay. Not very good.

Maybe that explains this wacky spread. -
Watkins Knows Nobody Can Stop Him...Does his QB?
CommonCents replied to sven233's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Is it possible he sees the bracket coverage on Watkins and ignores him? That seems the most likely explanation to me and it would explain why on some of these clips they show him never even looking in the direction of Watkins. -

How was Leodis ? I didn't see the Eagles game

Didn't see him either but i saw that he is questionable for week 2 with an injury. -
I streamed yesterday's game in the PS4 and the quality was the best i have had for any game. Anyone else have a good experience? I have no idea if it's the new TV processing the connection faster? If resetting the modem made that big a difference? Good stuff though.

Oh we have serious problems no doubt about that, it was the first play of the season maybe nerves kicked in and he had the blinders on.

It was a horrible performance but we should expect some improvement. The game was probably faster than normal for him as he saw limited action in the preseason. He was also playing against his old team so maybe his attention wasn't in the right place? I'm not in the excuse making business, I think the team is a mess but I don't think Tyrod is as bad as we saw yesterday. Hopefully things slow down for him and he displays this confidence that we have been hearing about. Go Bills.

Why no deep shots today Mr. Roman?
CommonCents replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Isn't that something coaches should have realized in the preseason or camp? Hey this FB don't know what the hell he is supposed to block!?? -
Wasted time! How are they going to read it when their heads are stuck up their own asses!

Tom Herman has worked with Cardale before, I'm not sure if he is ready for the NFL yet but he would be on the my short list behind Harbaugh and Coughlin.

Colin Cowherd- "The Buffalo Bills are so idiotic they gave contract extensions to Ryan Fitzpatrick and TYrod Taylor in August. They don't even know what they are doing" When talking about how the best QB in the division that Brady had to compete against was Chad Pennington. He then went on to say we are clearly the 2nd worst team only behind the Brownies.

[Vague Title]ok....I give

I'm not going to say it's a curse or the years of the past haunting us. That is no excuse for the lax effort and the absence of emotion. Watch other games around the league...teams and players want it, they fight for it. Yelling at eachother and hustling, heck look at Stafford screaming at Ebron and Jones on consecutive plays. Losing would be much more acceptable if I was convinced all 53 guys were in this together. We have heard TT is a leader and the players gravitate towards him, we have heard Sammy is mature beyond his years, when do we start seeing this? Or is it all media fodder to hype up this circus? -
Hopefully they start running forward, that would be a big improvement.
