Murphy had one good season. He is a high risk player, coming off both a suspension and season ending injury. The risk is worth the reward IMO but talking like he is a sure thing is a bit of a stretch.

See the game last night? Multiple times he didn’t get a call on the offensive end and stood there or walked towards half court. Never made it on the defensive side of the court.

Last year their win total was set at 8 and they won 9, 2018 projection is 9. They are a well coached team in a soft AFC, maybe that’s why they have stuck around so long. The defense is old, this should be the year they fall down. The only thing standing in the way of that is a motivated Flacco trying to keep his high paying job.

Are you so sure of that? Keenum was the highest rated QB outside of the pocket last season. Sure, he wouldn’t have had Theilen and Diggs but he would have had a better running game. Maybe I’m just concerned because of how much Watkins just got paid? I’m not sure. Yes he would be a good addition though. Overpaying for a WR is better than a lot of other possibilities but would you overpay for two of them? What if Benjamin plays well enough and stays healthy? Then Diggs wants Watkins type money at minimum?

Game one was pretty exciting I wonder what the league powers have in store for game 2.

Diggs is nice but I’m not sure he a true number 1, for what he is going to get paid i’d be hesitant.

I made a thread awhile ago Buffalo vs. Jacksonville and explained the Jags draft success aligning with their available cap. The Bills are in a similar position if they nailed this draft and guys like Milano and Dawkins continue to show improvement. The Bills will be in position to make key FA additions and bolster a solid young core. Fingers crossed!
