  1. You lost me at trade Fromm for Ertz.
  2. He's going to play OLB for them. He wouldn't do that for the Bills.
  3. He was the guy I wanted. Value pick at 30 who was only there because he opted out. Fits the profile of the FO reloading a position before the contracts expire, not after. Hughes and Addison are both UFAs after the season. Epenesa picked last year, Rousseau this year. Holes filled.
  4. They are going to take a safety at some point, I'm just not sure it's now. I wouldn't be shocked.
  5. Yeah, I owned that one. It's late. My bad.
  6. My bad, that was Patrick Surtain. It's late. My apologies.
  7. Samuel got picked like 2 hours ago
  8. It sells tickets. Feels like a drought Bills move.
  9. RBs last in general what, 4 years before they hit serious decline? So by the time Jacksonville is ready to contend they'll be drafting another RB. Well done.
  10. there is a difference between had and has. Had gives you time to see what happens. Has does not.
  11. They are another team that doesn't need a RB, they need an O-line.
  12. So he's got two medical red flags and before you say Covid isn't a big deal for young athletes I direct you to 19 year old hockey player Marco Rossi. Drafting a guy with a back problem that might need more surgery and a disease with a track record of causing heart problems that I can't screen for before I pick. More power to you fellas.
  13. There are way more examples of players with bad medicals, particularly back problems, who didn't make it back then there are Rob Gronkowskis. The Titans want to roll the dice, that's fine. Farley already can't tackle. I don't think his back surgeries are going to improve that.
  14. I'm not taking guys with medicals this year. Other people will, I'm not.
  15. What if it's the line? IMO our interior line is pretty underwhelming.
  16. Which isn't always a good thing. There are plenty of people who don't need to be handed this sort of megaphone who are very good at abusing it.
  17. I'm not touching Phillips with a 10 foot pole and I suspect in this year with no medicals and limited interviewing that he will drop out of round one based solely on risk.
  18. My dad had one of those installed in our car. Nobody was allowed to touch it let alone use it.
  19. A much younger me was at that game with a buddy from high school. I was not yet able to drive at night so my Dad dropped me off earlier in the evening and then returned close to the end of the 3rd period to pick me up. He then waited outside from the end of the 3rd period until the end of the game. According to him, he got fed up, left the car, walked past the now unattended turnstiles, and was on his way up to the orange level to pull me out by my ear when Hannan scored the winner. Ahhhh the days before ubiquitous cell phones.
  20. With the upheaval in college football this year, this is going to be a draft that rewards a solid front office more than most. If you could get information and have quality people to sift through it you will get the guys that slip for no good reason and I think there will be a lot of jostling around in the mid rounds as teams move up to get guys who have dropped. I know there is usually some, but I really think you will see more. There will be teams who aren't confident in what they have who will be looking to move out of spots and teams with great conviction about players looking to move up for them. We will see.
  21. To be fair, it has been so long that I'm not sure I remember watching the draft the last time the Bills picked this late. It may have been communicated via telegraph or smoke signals.
  22. And furiously gnawing her own arm off...
  23. Yes, I recall this happening also, just not this Jets game. I recall Smerlas saying in the post game that they put wing sauce on the ball and told Ballard to go get it. I think it was the Patriots game from October of 1988. https://buffalonews.com/news/norwood-provides-bills-as-a-pat-answer-for-overcoming-first-half-turnovers/article_227521f3-1583-5a09-ad43-e1f7ebd97c0e.html
