    If healthy and productive, he brings a pass rush threat we haven’t seen much of lately, and this should allow Groot to reach his full potential. At one year for less than 13 mil, it doesn’t cause cap headaches if it doesn’t work out, unlike Von. Overall positive signing.

    Whatever. Allen’s been an Ironman. If Allen does miss significant time, the we’re toast anyway. I don’t think there’s a backup QB out there that would pull a Foles with the roster as currently constructed

    Starting to dislike the word “elite” … way overused in relation to our roster. Is he good? Yes. Outstanding? Sometimes. Elite? Nope.

    I like him, and I’m ok with the terms, but I’m not yet convinced that he’ll hold up as a smaller man in a bigger mans position. They desperately need a DL that can keep these smaller guys clean. I don’t want to see TB, MM, or any other LB consistently having to take on OGs running free
