It could be argued that NE should’ve held out for more of a return, bout I don’t think that Milton’s performance against an unmotivated Bills defense filled with backups moved the needle that much. Anyone following the UB women’s journey to the WNIT title game? I’m not a huge hoops fan, and I usually regard the NIT tournaments as the “losers bracket”, but good for them on getting this far, and playing the title game on home hardwood 👏🏽 On a related note, I’ve always believed that UB should drop their football program and put all their resources behind building a Gonzaga-type program, which I think this area would really embrace.
