Would play a lot here even with Alexander. Alexander didn't really play much this year. We have zero LB depth. Wouldn't mind giving Milano a break and he has got injured both years.

I can only remember one pass where Allen threw a contested ball where catch radius meant anything, Croom pass versus Lions in 4th. However, you can look pass after pass where Allen throws to guy that has created space. Allen will always be a QB, like Rodgers, that holds the ball until a guy is opened. A guys ability to catch contested balls is useless when your QB doesn't throw those balls.

Allen needs WR that create separation more than he needs a WR who can catch contested balls. Allen doesn't throw balls into covered men. He looks for the guy that has created space.

Don't understand why someone like McAdoo hasn't been interviewed in Buffalo for O-line/Run game coordinator.

We had a guy quit at halftime. McDermott has the most blowouts in games than I have ever seen for a coach. Don't confuse effort with results. Just because a score is uneven, doesn't mean a player quit.

It's a great hire. Gase is a legit offensive coach. He took Miami to places they had no business even being in. Darnold is going to be spectular with Gase. Like I said if he was fired, I would have dumped McDermott in a heartbeat for Gase.

Joe Philbin interviewed in Minnesota for their offensive line job. The guy has a ton of experience.

I want a creative coach. If that means hitting the college ranks, I'm good with that. I like creative special teams.

He will need to take a DC job. I would recommend he takes a job with one of these young coaches so he can control everything while they won't threaten him. He should go to Arizona where they already run a 3-4
