  1. These guys are one of a kind. The great Bills players from the 80s and 90s are such an inspiring asset to this organization. Watching the NFLN pregame show, and Bruce bumps into senseless Deion Sanders and sounds so humbling and thankful to the fans. Big Jim Kelly over on the opposing team's sidelines chatting it up with Ryan Fitzpatrick. What Thurman does, and so many others.. And what the fans do for the players in return...it's special. I don't follow other organizations as closely as I do the Bills, and I'm by far a pessimistic realist when it comes to Bills football, but I want to thank these guys for all that they do for the city, the good people, and the team. Guys like these and fans like these DESERVE a winner. Absolutely.
  2. In the Baltimore game, DBs were 10 yards away when outside receivers caught stops and outs on 3rd & 7. Sucks, because two years ago the Bills were finally great and very aggressive on 3rd downs. Now, the bend but don't break applies...as in give up 9 yard runs when Baltimore needs a couple of first down to kneel out the game. Rex gets way too much credit for the great Ravens' defenses. Those players were incredible football players.
  3. The good teams throw the ball in the direction of the endzone, not in the direction of the cheerleaders
  4. 7 points. This team sucks
  5. Standard guts. Way to go guys!!
  6. Losers be losers. Can't believe the Bills ran the same play that they already showed before the idiotic challenge
  7. The race is on....who's gonna to be the last team to score points this morning??
  8. One more series like this, and I'm off to redzone
  9. +2, -6, -3, punt. What an offense..
  10. I am a coach and scout - ya know, at the middle school level. Is there anything else you'd like to talk about other than EJ's blatantly obvious high school windup hitch short armed throwing motion which causes ball placement inaccuracies, timing issues with receivers, and allows defenses to read where he's going with the ball on mid range passing plays? In your opinion, is EJ's throwing motion good enough for NFL success? Just asking
  11. EJ can be as mentally sharp and game ready as anyone that has ever played, but that hitch windup throwing motion will never put him in a position to be a decent NFL QB. It's one of the worst NFL throwing motions I've ever seen.
  12. Why the hell would she take this job, working for that man???
  13. Simple answer: Not every owner is all about winning.
  14. Who done it...? Looks like a husband and wife. Much credit due to those two
  15. This pisses me off. I have pick #3 in my big Fantasy draft, and was sure Bell would go before my pick and a WR I want would drop a spot to me. Now, no chance.
  16. That's fine. And if Baltimore cut him after that season, his agent would have sold another team on his services. I believe when he says injuries are why is had a bad season. But the video is why that was his last season.
  17. I known Taylor can do it this year. I just known it!!
  18. If there was no video, he'd be on an NFL roster.
  19. Thanks interesting. I have a decent handle on daily sports, but I really do flip past the ESPY's like I have a tick or something. I honestly think it's the professional athletes that turn me away. They are getting paid by the networks, and they are beyond spoiled. It's unimaginable for 99% of the people watching the awards show, to realize how crazily well taken care of these athletes really are. You know where I get my sports inspirations - Bud Greespan Olympic stories. Any story, any time. Get your eyes prepared for salty discharge. And ESPN runs some fantastic shorts on the archive. Many thanks to ESPN for their 30 minute shows.
  20. NO! What is this, another Juice and AC situations. I mean, who are the brass listening to these claims ..? Hopefully none. If A Williams wants to stake his claim in FJAX to receive and run with signicant playing time this year that leads to a playoff spot, then great. If any forum members want to support that dream; then you all are hitting on 17. Chances are, it's not going to happen. And let's not confuse success with 1) Clubhouse presence. He can be a coach if that's the case. Not a roster spot at RB. 2) Being serviceable in already eliminated, no-meaning games. If Fred plays good in these games so F'n what?!
  21. Objection! Witness wrangles off topic. (Sorry. I'm almost done reading the Night Stalker book. It's the trial section.)
  22. I don't mind you saying it, OP. There was only one good year (Valvano 1993). All the rest of the so called big moments where very contrived, against what Jimmy V was, and later, has become. Frankly, I hate when the Espy's are on, and I struggle when I stumble upon them...about as much as I do when the good-for-nothing's lame X games are on. Automatic...find me something else to watch. Watch the right players. Not every match is as you speak of.
  23. This is the rub with Rex always stroking his players' ego. It's just not wise to do in a contract year.
  24. and Hogan goes out of bounds one yard short of the first down. That's what losers do..
  25. If the Bills had shown any ability to development a QB, let alone any talent, over the past five years, I might stick with Taylor over an old Carson Palmer. But they haven't, so I would take an old QB who can play, right now, over a young QB who needs to progress.
