McDermott will never hire a big name assistant

Your opinion right now, they have not got it done and this was huge missed opportunity. You would think your 20 mllion dollar receiver would be able to close the game out and he drops perfectly thrown pass and then Allen just ignores him on underneath pass on final drive

Much better odds once they replace McDermott, let's hope Terry does not wait too long. Bills need to add to the receiver room, I think they are good on the line and maybe draft a center.

They still have a lot of great young talent on that defence, if they win Super Bowl he may want to move and sign his final big bag contract. The Bear have 46 million in cap space, I could see them offering Jones huge contract

I read that Diggs was pissed off at FO because they did not try harder to sign Hopkins. I believe he makes a huge difference and we don't need Sherfield or Harty's one game contribution against the Dolphins to clinch division and playoff spot.

I don't see because they have so many very good young players on rookie deals and their offence will improve during the offseason. Bills and Beane have uphill battle because cap and so many bad contracts

Worse part about the Chiefs going back to the Super Bowl is thinking they will have 28 mllion in cap space to get even better next season and we again missed our shot. Not only are we getting outcoached but KC front office has been crushing the draft and just filling that team with so many great young players meanwhile Beanne has us in Cap Jail locked into crazy deals for guys getting older and are no longer playing at a high level . White & Miller because of injuries and Diggs just getting old

100% played amazing up until that last set of downs and goal should have been get another first down and closer for FG or game winning TD

Everyone keeps repeating that Josh blew it late, Kurt Warner said Allen should have taken the check down to Diggs or run the ball. He played a great game up until that point and decision making late was not good.

Biggest problem is bad contracts for guys who are older, Miller/Diggs and White who is getting older and had two major injuries

We don't yet we"re stuck with him for another 3 years at huge money. This was another stupid contract for an older player that Beane signed, the Chiefs sold high on Hill and still won the Super Bowl and could win another one this year. Bills should have traded Diggs after 13 secs and I say that because he disappeared in almost every big playoff game. Not sure how Beanne gets off of the Diggs contract. 27mil-2024 27 mil 2025 28 mil 2026 22 mil 2027, not just the drop in production but the head games he and his stupid punk brother keep playing with Allen is not good

No I disagree, they score and Mahomes still has almost 2mins left. Allen should have run or passed to Diggs , get another first down and burn a little more clock before trying to score or kick game tying FG. Brady screwed up the final set of downs by calling stupid run up the middle and Chiefs were expecting it. That should have had Allen with pass/run option and they were giving us pass underneath. Not sold on Brady or McDermott in coaching/play calling and we just don't have enough talented player to overcome our margin of error We let them off the hook and that team will now win another Super Bowl and just add more depth this offseason and be even harder to beat next year. They have so many players all over especially on defence and unlike us are not wasting 20 million in cap space for a #1 WR that is not a big play maker in big games. That is a big problem right now, Diggs makes loads of money and never comes up big in these games against KC

I just think we need to look closer what the offence did in final games, we won but the defence also came up strong Even Pats game, we had all those turnovers in the first half and still the offence could not put them away. The Dolphins game against a team missing so many defensive starters we struggled, easily could have lost Chiefs game had Toney not lined up offside and our offence struggled in Chargers game Not sure why anyone is totally sold on Brady, I thought Sunday the play calling was borderline stupid. The Chiefs adjusted when they saw us bring in extra lineman and he just kept running. Everyone talks about wasting Allen's prime years with McDermott, then the next best thing is to hire a cordinator that gets the most out of him. Were going to live and die with out top paid and top player Allen. You need to have the best cordinator possible and not just a guy who was around and got promoted

Another good one to consider, again it would be a mistake to just hand Brady the job because he really did not improve the passing game and Bills could have easily lost to the Chiefs/Chargers and Dolphins who were missing so many players. All 3 of those games were decided on final drives

I think they need to explore all options and not just hand him the job like they did with Dorsey. Allen liked Dorsey and how did that turn out? When have we seen change at primary coaching positions with this team in the past 5 seasons? When have they brought someone from the outside to be defensive or offensive cordinator. I think the last time was when he hired Dabol

The reality is this is a passing league, you have one of best QB'S in the NFL. We need a coordinator that gets us back to being an explosive offence, I did not like watching our slow 12-14 play drives that take 7-8 mins . Some would think your controlling the clock and keeping your defence fresh. I think it works against you because you have less opportunities to score and games than come down to final drives Another point, James Cook is not built to be a workhorse RB like Thurman Thomas. You give him so many carries then he wears down just as much as the defense. I just saw so many late game drives where Brady seemed like he had to run on first down and we wasted a down doing so putting us behind the sticks. It happened on Sunday on final drive With Brady as coordinator the offence may overall look better but the passing game took steps back and we had far less big chuck plays. If McDermott really wants to keep his job and see this team get over the hump then he hires someone that can get this offence to being explosive and stays the F—k out or else he will continue to be Reid's whipping boy come playoff time. McDermott said this league was about passing the ball, get a guy who can scheme guys open and pass the ball Huge mistake just listening to Allen & other players that they likes Brady, Allen said the same thing about Ken Dorsey and we made excuses for him for his first year after Dabol left. Only got worse the second year, sorry I was not impressed with the play calling on Sunday. 16 passes at the line of scrimmage when you have a QB with the strongest arm in the NFL.
