The reality your never rebuilding when you have a franchise QB, I don't recall the Patriots ever having rebuild years with Brady. Beane and McDermott need to get their act together or they will be rebuilding the front office and HC.

This is not a rebuild, any kind of rebuild means tanking for a top pick and guys like Von Miller/Dawkins/Milano are not on this team if were rebuilding, perhaps resetting not rebuild is starting over. The fact is resetting or rebuilding does not excuse McDERMOTT from horrible late game decision making.

Even one of the biggest Bills and Allen supporters think it's time to move on from Mcdermott , way too many crunch time screw ups and many of the screw ups have come after the biggest screw up ever in playoff history 13 secs

The Bills are the only team in the last 45 years to be tied or leading in the final minute of the game, having the ball inside their own 5-yard line and throwing three straight passes.

I think they need to trade for a top receiver 3rd or 4th rounder and then see if we can find some safety help, maybe bring back Heyde. Sorry but even a Heyde who lost a step is better and reacts better than the garbage we have out there. Hamlin looks slow and out of position on most plays We get the receive and Safety and I believe they can give themselves a chance. If Mcdermott wants to continue on with what they have then we will see more of these awful offensive performances.

I think making the playoffs is a given, my question is what do they do when they get there. This team needs to get back to be a passing team first, this is a passing league and teams that win the Super Bowl have passing QB'S. They are not running on 1st and 2nd downs. Make a trade for a top receiver or I would not be surprised to see Allen asking to be traded because of all the abuse from fans & media he would take because his receivers suck. Yes we have Josh Allen, but he still needs help and Mack Hollins has not business being on this team other then for special teams

Brady is ultra conservative and that's what McDermott wants, this is the reason you have low talent big receivers like Mack Hollins out there to block when he runs on first and second downs, which is happening more often then not The fact is everything goes back to McDermott, who is a good defensive coach, a DB whisperer and a mid level head coach who crumbles when it matters the most in crunch time. This team will never win anything with him running the show. We're a cross between the Rivers's Chargers and Palmer's Bengals.

Does anyone really believe Allen is this bad or maybe he just has a trash group of receivers that cannot create separation, I pick the later

All they had to do was run 3 times and force Texans to use 3 timeouts, you may even have less time left and then Texans only have Hail Mary option with no timeouts, McDermott is just not a good late game manager and it continues to show over and over

McDermott is Marvin Lewis 2:0 , a guy who will make the playoffs and never amount to much after that. I think it would be shame if he is still coaching this team next season. I was done with him after 13 secs

End of the day ever since Brady took over the Bills offence we have become a run first team with focus on short passes. They no longer scare teams with their passing attack and big chuck plays. The defence was not great but they made enough plays today to win this game. Running on first and second downs when you have a QB with the strongest arm in the NFL is a pathetic joke and that happened on a couple of key drives in that 4th quarter. McDermott is pushing this caveman football approach with 2 TE'S and and big receivers who can block for the run. Mack Hollins is not an quality NFL receiver and that explains why he has been on so many teams. Do we really need Dawson Knox making 8.5 million and how many catches did he have today. The sad thing is Beane will do nothing and Allen will take the blame.
