Choke is the proper term. There's simply no other word for the Bills defensive alignment. When you add the fact that the Bills called a TIMEOUT BEFORE BOTH OF THE CHEFS PLAYS, the defensive calls become even more inexcusable. Any one of us here would have understood that the sidelines were meaningless since the Chefs had three timeouts. And don't you change after you give up 19 yards to Hill on the first pass? It's not like you had time pressure, YOU CALLED A TIME OUT, presumably to talk it over, discuss the possibilities. When I factor in the timeouts, the defensive alignment is even more inexplicable. Travis Kelce outcoached both McD and Frazier. Congratulations, well done.

All due respect, we handed the game to you guys, and full marks to you for taking it. See you next year, hopefully in Buffalo this time.

All excellent examples of humiliating Bills losses. I'll add the 9/9/07 game against the Broncos, where they ran out Elam to kick a FG with the clock running down to :00 to win. All because Jauron dialed up an incomplete bomb on 3rd down which stopped the clock before the Bills punted. We always seem to land the coaches that choke.

Humiliating is snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. This is up there with Monday Night in Dallas. All anybody will remember is that we lost because our coaches choked yet again with the game on the line.

Just when you think the Bills can't possibly embarrass us further by losing in a humiliating fashion, they invent a way to do so.

He had the one juggle OB after he got his feet down. That's the only blemish on his otherwise perfect game.

The three and outs with three short passes in a row and then three runs to Motor on the next series killed us. Josh had the game won despite Dabollocks, not because of him.

They should have tackled them. Someone said in another post that those type of holds were illegal, and that time would be put back on the clock, but I did not find that in the rules.
