Yes Everyone - both business and individual customers as well as employees. I worked for them and I repeatedly had to do training on how not to do wrong things but these type of things only applied to salesmen and managers but everyone had to take it because they did not want to finger anyone (managers). One thing though about Black Fridays - day after Thanksgiving has stopped being a holiday for many now due to "Juneteenth" becoming an official holiday from government agencies and many companies. I know he had medical conditions but he should have taken time paid off to get the shot when he had time to recover from shot like some athletes were worried about side effects and then he would have been in good shape and able to perform for rest of career.
