  1. Stedman Bailey. Sad. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/14219437/stedman-bailey-st-louis-rams-shot
  2. Brady's supporting cast was the equivalent of high school JV players. I think I saw the water boy in there for a play or two. We're toast regardless.
  3. Sincerest condolences to Doug, Bill, Darren, Denise, Laurie and the entire Flutie family. Without you, Mom and Dad, we wouldn't have had that magical season back in '99. Your boy made it extra special by giving us hope, and to us Bills fans, that's rare and treasured. We're a better organization for having known him. Thank you. Rest in peace.
  4. We both acknowledge he was looking at his feet. Based on that, the ref in question started waving an "incomplete" sign before conferring with the other ref. I know you want to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it's pretty open and shut. Looking at feet. Starts waving incomplete. Was about to blow the call because he didn't think he was inbounds. A competent NFL official doesn't "almost" blow that call imo.
  5. My wife asked me today why I watch less and less football each year. The horrible officiating is killing the game for me. Did anyone else see this play? To his credit, the ref in the back of the endzone consulted with the other ref and the TD was correctly called. But he was standing right there -- Dirt was kicked up inbounds. He's standing five feet away looking RIGHT AT Harris' feet and he can't make the correct call. Far too many phantom PI and other calls have influenced outcomes of games for me to care about anyone other than the Bills. http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/0ap3000000580452/Giants-Eli-Manning-to-Dwayne-Harris-for-1-yard-TD
  6. Had the tables been turned -- exact same plays in favor of the Patriots -- Do the refs "apply the laws of the game?"
  7. One of the Top 10 all-time QBs should be able to use this as motivation. I think he'll turn it around and finish off the season strong. I'm basing this solely on Peyton Manning the man -- not the football player. We didn't see it today, but that defense is good enough to get the Broncos deep into the playoffs with a mediocre QB. I believe that's what Peyton is this year, today's game notwithstanding.
  8. Never knew how charismatic he was. Very nice. Future in broadcasting?
  9. Ever since it was announced -- If you're a Philly fan.
  10. If they run it up the middle again I'm turning the TV off.
  11. I don't usually get reactionary during games, but... that run call up the middle on third down against this defense has me nodding my head in agreement.
  12. We need a long Karlos Williams TD. It's around that time.
  13. Perfect throw; Great play call. Don't see how that's on the defense.
  14. We need Felton to block for McCoy who blocks for TT on a draw. Doesn't every team do this?
  15. Unless Shady made a miraculous recovery in a short week, I'd like to know why he's still in there when we have another very capable back.
  16. Bowles didn't get the memo that it takes his receivers three years to rack up 157 yards.
