An interesting offshoot of the Pegula press conference on Whaley's firing was him saying that they were very close on naming the new Sabres GM. I would expect an announcement in the next couple of days.

I think that the ability to anticipate where the wide receiver is going to be and deliver the ball there in stride is way underrated. Last time the Bills had a quarterback that could do that with great consistency - his name was Jim Kelly. I like this pick and I think this kid is going to one day be a starter not just a career back up.

He was injured during rookie camp last year and struggled to catch up from there. I heard he dropped his body fat down to 4% and is faster than ever. Looking forward to seeing what he can do in his sophomore season.
