  1. Saw the Avett Brothers at Artpark (regular show inside the theater) last Sunday. They were as good as ever and put on a solid 2 1/2 hour show with no intermission.
  2. Defenseman Joe Cecconi, of Lewiston, NY and a former Jr. Sabre, scored that goal. Nice to see a local boy doing well.
  3. Those with high self esteem need not apply.
  4. Wonderful clip, but Dorsey definitely isn't targeting Kincaid enough. 😀
  5. “Then I gave him the Rip Simonick ‘First Ward Whip.’”
  6. Great news. Should have been doing it since the playoffs began.
  7. Another version of @muppy banana post.
  8. Quite possibly the greatest athlete of all-time. RIP From his Wiki: Perhaps more impressive was his success as a multisport athlete. In addition to his football accomplishments, he excelled in basketball, track, and especially lacrosse. As a sophomore, he was the second-leading scorer for the basketball team (15 ppg), and earned a letter on the track team. In 1955, he finished in fifth place in the National Championship decathlon.[15] His junior year, he averaged 11.3 points in basketball, and was named a second-team All-American in lacrosse. His senior year, he was named a first-team All-American in lacrosse (43 goals in 10 games to rank second in scoring nationally). Brown was so dominant in the game, that lacrosse rules were changed requiring a lacrosse player to keep their stick in constant motion when carrying the ball (instead of holding it close to his body).[16][17] There is currently no rule in lacrosse that requires a player to keep his stick in motion. He is in the Lacrosse Hall of Fame.[18] The JMA Wireless Dome has an 800 square-foot tapestry depicting Brown in football and lacrosse uniforms with the words "Greatest Player Ever".[19]
  9. I agree with your points wholeheartedly, but 7-9 sacks would not be a breakthrough. He quietly had a sneaky breakthrough last season when he posted 8 sacks. https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/_/id/4362506/greg-rousseau
  10. Good stuff. Love that they get the rookies engaged in projects beyond the gridiron.
  11. It's a great story and a name that I've come to appreciate after initially dismissing it. I love that it gives our fanbase a distinct identity. In my job I meet people from all around the globe and I'm often asked if I'm part of Bills Mafia? On a related note, here is a great bit that stand-up Joe Pera did about the Stevie drop:
  12. Agreed, but I’ll bet you anything that when his contract is up, they will want to pay him tight end money and not wide receiver money.
  13. On the off chance that this isn’t satire, did you hear that the NFL held a draft last week and the Bills might have used a significant pick on a potentially generational TE talent?
  14. Took this picture this morning on Niagara Falls Blvd. Who’s going to tell them?
  15. I just thank the football Gods daily that the Antonio Brown trade was never consummated. #unansweredprayers 🙏
  16. Joe Girard III headed south to Clemson. https://www.on3.com/college/clemson-tigers/news/syracuse-transfer-joe-girard-commits-to-clemson/
  17. One of the very first players that I idolized as a child. Loved his “shaky arm “delivery. Those A’s teams were legendary. Rest in peace, Vida.
  18. Send a DM to Jeremy White of WGR 550 on Twitter. He was discussing it on the radio this morning and said that he has been told of a few private lots that will be available to RVs.
  19. If they are not, I hope that it’s because they decided to retire after winning three straight Super Bowls. On a related note, this is truly an amazing day. I firmly believe that it was fate that put Kathy Hochul in office to push this through and secure the Bills here throughout most of our lifetimes.
