Agreed. Folks around here are up for grabs we only gave our HC two years before firing him, but, don't want to do an extensive search for a HC. Seems utterly ridiculous!! The right coach is imperative and folks around here think it is from Rex's coaching tree, someone who retired 10 years ago and/or the game passed them by. The right HC is probably someone most of us have not heard of.... Great idea.... not one of Rex's coaches, but, two! And, one that has been here and was mediocre. The Bills fans have gone mad!!

I am!! People were talking to me today and asking opinions about how to fix the team. My response was just that of above...I am just enjoying Rex and his brother being gone. It's just real nice.

With Carroll this is EASILY a 10 win roster. So, yes, I believe it is an 11 win roster then. I think with any poster on TBD as HC it is an 8 or 9 win roster.

The game day captain was another example of how Rex just didn't get it. And/or Rex trying to be different for the sake of being different instead of trying to be a better HC. It was embarrassing! My guess is the game day captains were probably embarrassed as well.

I strongly think it is silly to bring back coaches most of the time. But, Donnie Henderson would be an exception. He had the DB's playing awesome! And, teaching them football, how to be professionals and coaching them up!

When 6 of the teams 7 wins are against the 6 worst teams in the NFL it is underachieving.

I thought Terry had it in him. I do fear they hand the job to Lynn too.
