    Biggest thing for me was his weight. He weighed in at a decent amount. I don't care how QB's look throwing in shorts. There is game tape for that.

    I'm fine with letting Cardale Jones, Mahomes (or other 1st round QB) AND Chad Kelly in the 6th round duke it out. Someone will emerge that can hand the ball to Shady and throw for 200 yards a game.

    QB just hasn't been a priority for the Bills. They are always a day late and a dollar short.

    That's why this draft is fun. There are a lot of good QB prospects that could turn out. It really tests scouting abilities, intuition, and more.

    He is an incredible college QB and a very good pro prospect. NFL teams will differ where they see him. I would be surprised if he is the first QB off the board but all it takes is one team.

    Exactly. Or more information on intangibles that we don't have access to that leaks out. A guy can look good throwing in shorts I want to see what happens when has people trying to kill him. Yes.

    Watson looked the best today but I want to see the pro day workouts where they go through a script and throw to WR's they have some familiarity with. I'm not moving guys up or down based on combine drills.

    Completely agree. Bills have a lot of holes and there is so much depth in this draft. If the right situation presents itself would love to get another 2nd rounder.

    Tyrod has been in the league for 6 years now. Wentz just started last year. QB's tend to make the biggest jump in their first 2 years. Tyrod is a finished product.

    Fair enough. I haven't watched Foster that much. But that player better be SPECIAL if he is a linebacker at ten. I do think we can draft an elite WR at 10 or failing that and no one great is on the board trade back for Mahomes.

    I am not advocating we reach for another position. Just stating that linebackers that are not pass-rushers are not a premium position. Premium positions would be the obvious Pass Rusher and QB.

    Which is why you need a good offensive coordinator who can create an offense that makes the spread QB comfortable while pushing them into more pro terrain.

    That's all possible. But if you let your coaches help make the call they will almost always want to keep the veteran QB. That's how coaches think, they don't think of next year. Pegula's structure could be an issue if they are letting coaches have too much say in player personnel. Almost every NFL coach other than Belichick has been bad at making those calls.

    I just don't see taking linebackers with high draft picks as the way to go. Linebackers are like guards. You need them but you don't need to take one in the first round. And with that drafting philosophy the only exception would be a special player like Ray Lewis or Urlacher.

    Exactly. Bills don't have a plan B for Gilmore but most people are fine with moving on from him and Gilmore is better at CB than Tyrod is at QB.

    I don't care if this guy is high character or not. The Bills just spent 3 picks last year on linebacker. If we spend a top ten pick on linebacker he better be a top 2 in the NFL at his position because you can find linebackers later in the draft.

    In the highlights you can see LSU jump offsides and right away Mahomes see the guy jumped and fires the ball for a TD to the endzone knowing he has a free play. Love it.

    Cosell wasn't diplomatic at all. I would have been defensive as a Bills fan! He basically said Tyrod could only succeed if 5 other variables were working in sync. I wouldn't even go that far and people know what camp I am in. Bills radio guys haven't been selling a position per se but this is shocking if they decide to keep him.
