I wouldn’t want to trade Allen either, but you have to at least consider a deal involving multiple firsts and players... if we could get a few very high firsts. Could play money ball a bit and find a stud QB on a rookie deal for next 5 years rather than playing a kings ransom for Allen soon. Above said, Allen is Buffalo through and through... and you can never be certain a QB prospect will pan out. Would make it much harder for me to pull the trigger.

Game over. We got blown out. We were severely outcoached tonight. Josh made his rookie mistakes and was under pressure all night. We had no answer for Kelce. Mahomes put on a freakin clinic and I hope Josh was taking notes. And McD: you can’t win with field goals against this team. Gutless. oh well.. fun season and bright spot in a real crappy year. Hopefully we’ll be back again next season competing for the trophy.

There is just way too much speed and talent on this KC team. They can hit you everywhere, and anyone can take it to the house.

Can’t make mistakes against this Chiefs team or night night. Devin has gotta catch that.. and we need to figure out how to get Josh some time.

Somewhat to Lamar’s defense, he did throw a few very catchable balls that were dropped in our game. They could’ve been very important. That said, if I’m Lamar, I’d be on the phone with Jordan Palmer and every person that helped Josh improve his throwing. He will need to improve as a passer and be multidimensional if he wants to last in the league as a star QB.

Here’s my deep thought: I think it’s part of Buffalo’s insecurity and chip on our shoulder. Always looking for respect and attention from the rest of the world... so we look outside Buffalo before we look inside.

Question on the pick 6... when Tre blocked Lamar, he kind of turned his body square back to our end zone. By rules, wouldn’t that have been an illegal block? (Like in Wildcard game last year against Texans)

Maybe Garrett takes his helmet off and hits Mahomes in the toe with it?

Maybe the Browns go all Brownsy and take out Mahomes and Kelce?

I feel the same.. but then I ask how all these other teams kept the Chiefs within a couple points for the second half of the season? And I also thought we had no chance of stopping the Ravens running attack. But yeah, we will be underdogs and the Chiefs will be the best team we play this year.

Josh really will have to have the game of his career. No jitters. No happy feet. No overthinking or overthrowing by 20 yards. He is going to have to be on point all game baby! Tall order to put the game in our defense’s hands (especially two games in a row).
