  1. I don't think anyone has mentioned the 2008 Cardinals 9-7 427 PF 426 PA in regular season or the 1979 Rams also 9-7. My money is still on the 94 Chargers though!
  2. Yeah that's a pretty good one too. At least Collins had a few good years though, and the Giants were better in those years than the Chargers were in mid 90s.
  3. The Stan Humphries led Chargers were the worst bar none. They only made it one time and got completely destroyed.
  4. Yes! Pass rushers from both sides and LBs who can cover.
  5. Yes, having Ware play the way he did was part of the package for success.
  6. Excellent points! I think you are correct it was our gameplan taken to another level. We can also learn from what Wade did. The thought actually crossed my mind as well. At 38, Brady and the Pats future doesn't look as good as the past.
  7. What a horrible game and horrible performance by Arizona! Lot of points to give up against a defense like Denver. The Carolina offense is defensible.
  8. We could use a clone of him on the Bills. Jeez it was nice when we had a pass rush like Denver.
  9. This is the happiest day of the season. The day the Cheatriots are officially eliminated.
  10. That was totally awesome!!!!!! Thank you football gods.
  11. My list of blocks is getting a little longer after some of the responses. Thanks to you and Yolo for keeping it sane.
  12. I'm not sure it is fair to say these guys KNEW the risks. This issue is just getting out into the mainstream in recent years. Starting to play now-perhaps. Starting to play in 1980 or 1990- no way guys knew they would end up with the problems they incurred.
  13. Agreed. Very cool and proud to be a Bills fan.
  14. The premise of this trade is assuming someone in the NFL would look at his stats, and therefore give the Bills something in return of value needed/wanted. I would say to this. He is cheap, productive, and unlikely to bring back what would be needed to make a trade. And, I'm not so sure people in the league would look at his stats and assume every down back.
  15. Don't forget about his homophobic tendencies either. I like the phrase in the article about being the moral compass of the NFL- or acts like he is.
  16. Jimmy Johnson, Don Shula, Bill Belichick, Tony Dungy, Barry Swtizer, Mike Martz, Bill Cowher, Sean Payton, Pete Carroll, Marvin Lewis, Jim Mora Jr., Jeff Fisher, Ron Meyer, Steve Mariucci, Buddy Ryan, Norv Turner, Sam Wyche, Dennis Erickson, Eric Mangini
  17. Not sure she was ever hot, but nice to see the city get some good pub
  18. I wasn't aware of these issues. Have to believe that his intelligence, toughness and winner's mentality will out weigh the problems.
  19. http://espn.go.com/blog/baltimore-ravens/post/_/id/25224/dont-fault-the-ravens-for-failing-to-hire-ed-reed-as-a-coach Anybody have thoughts about this?
  20. I was intrigued by Kearse and watched him closely against Bama. The scouting report is accurate in that he is inconstent and doesn't really stand out. Pass
  21. Agreed. This has no downside and plenty of upside.
  22. Don't forget a team has now left LA 3x in the past. I'm not convinced that 2 teams in LA will be a smashing success long term.
