    I'm not saying it is a guaranteed success, but anyone you bring in is more likely to fail than succeed. I'm just saying that he is doing what he has to right now and I like the decisions he is making. We will have a new GM and Personnel guys in place soon. Don't be surprised if he is already consulting with others.

    Not wishing anything. It is not a requirement to coach an NFL game to be able to judge personnel. LOL. Like the ones who think if we combined our roster with Browns we still couldn't make the playoffs.

    Some people doubt that he should have control because he hasn't coached a Bills game yet! I could care less, if he has a plan and it works-great. It's not like bringing in a retread NFL GM is guaranteed success. LOL. I just hope we don't get into any trouble.

    Who cares if it works? What has he done so far to doubt him? Do you think he is just blindly operating out of control? To use your word he has been prudent so far..no question. He is motivated to do well and succeed I would add, and not the first time in history this happened. Everyone starts out with 0 games experience.
